Seem incapable of following instructions. We asked them to let us know when they had arranged viewings for - they didn’t. We told them the property was under offer with another agent and asked them to stop viewings - they didn’t. Have zero faith in them when they can’t follow simple requests and will not deal with them again.

Jason and his team at St Budeaux Plymouth have been excellent. 7 days after the property went live there were 6 viewings and 4 of those placed offers!! More than delighted.

I dealt with Jason (Manager) at Fulfords, St Budeaux, Plymouth as I wanted to sell my rental property. On our first meeting he assessed the house, was fully armed with facts about the surrounding areas property market and was totally transparent re costs and approximate timings. He was polite professional and clearly highly experienced. I should add at this stage that he had come highly recommended by my sister in law who had previously used his expertise to sell her mother’s house. I was impressed both at the initial meeting and afterwards by his continued diligence. The team there (directed by Jason) worked hard to sell my property which they did in very short time. They continued to assist the purchasers (first time buyers) when they hit snags which I have no doubt greatly reduced the timeline. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I will definitely use again. Thankyou to Jason and the team.

We have three flats which we rent through Fulfords, Exeter branch. Recently 2 of the flats became vacant at the same time, and we had a long list of things to go through with the agents. Both Aaron and Josh have worked very hard to answer all our queries, helped with our requests and of course most importantly to find new tenants. We found the contact process with the office very smooth, receiving calls and emails to keep us informed of viewings and updates on cleaning etc. One of the previous tenants had arrears, and Aaron did a great job with chasing them up, liaising with the tenant regarding terms of release from the contract. We found both Aaron and Josh to be very knowledgeable. Also if one of them was away there was a smooth handover between them, meaning we were never having to explain things from the start. They both always knew what was going on. Both are a credit to Fulfords, we know our flats are in good hands.

Absolutely disgraceful discrimination
Must have earnings of £39k to rent!!! Even though we’ve a history of paying the amount of the property for 4 years!!
Just because they can’t say no families or benefits they discriminate in other was absolutely disgusting

We met the estate agent at the property his name was James and was from the Exeter branch. All I can say what an asset he is to your company. He was very knowledgeable about the property and such a charming well presented informative agent, any questions we had he could answer promptly. We didn’t end up taking the property but we said how much we were impressed by the agent James.

Very helpful and the application process was much easier than some i've had in the past( Even with bad credit )

We tried to let our property with Fulfords Dawlish. Unfortunately, they did not answer their phones or return our calls for over a week so we had to change agents. I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend them.
