Their overall service, as well as their customer service, are a total disgrace. The Fulli tollbadge service has troubles working outside of France, specifically in Italy in my case, and they have only been deflecting responsibility, making me lose an insane amount of time.

Tolbadge defect, no replacement procedure.
Tolbadge defect. Second defect badge. First one was used, then defective last year as tested and confirmed defective by ANWB. New one provided free of charge. New one installed as per instructions and used during holiday last year.
This year on holiday in western France (nowhere near a Fulli station), second badge refused at various stations, so again a defective one.
Despite referrals by virtual assistent on Fulli-website, there is no more option to replace defective badge except to drive hundreds of kilometers to one of their stations. Online I would have to pay 30 Euros as if it was stolen or lost in order to get a new one.
I will now search for another company to pay the tolls.
The Tag was great
The Tag was great! BUT when you have problem and you try to contact some one - impossible! Try to find emai laddress, phone number, something else than bot, you don’t find it. Or service in English.

Tried to buy tag on the website but when it came to inputting UK bank details the card/s are not accepted.
There is no way of contacting the company to understand why. The online chat uses pre set questions and problems setting up a subscription are not listed.

No communication from this shocking…
No communication from this shocking company. Requested a toll tag for delivery to my address in Spain. They say despatch in 48 hours. 10 days later tracking shows delivered. BUT… it was NOT delivered to my address!! Virtual chat bot is no use in this scenario. The contact form is difficult to find and you get zero response. So my tag has been delivered somewhere who knows where…
I have to say that since I wrote my initial review, there has been an improvement in the responses from customer services. Furthermore, a replacement tag was despatched to my home address and it arrived within a few days.

Very easy to apply for
Very easy to apply for, and the badge arrived within 4 days. It comes with a holder for the windscreen and a small bag to put it in if you want to shield it from registering.
A company which doesnt care…
The online ordering system automatically cancels my order every time.
I cannot find a number for the company and despite many e mails and automatic replies generated by computer, no one has followed up.

No monthly fee please ... anylonger
All in all it's an easy way to pay toll. I do not understand why there is a monthly fee to be paid when travelling on tollroads. If fulli changes their rules and just charge the toll but not continue with monthly fee I will continue being customer. Until then I will stop using fulli badge.
