These are the best hair extensions I've ever used! I've had them in for 4 months and can't say enough good things about them. They look so natural. I wash and style them like it's my own hair, they don't shed , they feel light and easy to sleep in. I love them!!!!

I'm so happy I order the shower cap. I love that it actually fits perfectly and there are no gaps for steam to get in.

It can be scary to try to get the right color for hair online. The quality and color of the hair was perfect! I was very happy with the hair topper and how it fit. (I don't have thinning hair on the top, but I do have thin hair. I love it. So easy to put on and go. Perfect coverage and looks as natural as it gets. Very satisfied!

I ordered a $300+ hair topper and the product was completely unlike what was advertised on the website, both in terms of the root color, highlighted color, the length of the product, and the quality of the hair. I was shocked at what I received.
I asked for a full refund and they said no because it was a custom order. But it wasn’t a custom order, it was an off-the-shelf order. Eventually they offered a $30 refund or a $50 credit but they refused to offer a full refund. What am I supposed to do with a poor quality hairpiece in a weird color? This company is a complete scam.

I would put zero stars but I had to put one because it wouldn’t let me make a review I got my hair last week spent a good couple hundred dollars on their hair all I’m saying is don’t waste your money. The hair is horrible the same day I got it installed it tangled up so bad. It’s like I have a nest in my hair when you straighten your hair it’s frizzy and it’s like you have static on the ends of the hair I asked for my money back and they’re saying there’s nothing they could do. and try to give me some bs instructions on how to keep my hair good lol like come on the hair came messed up already anyways the moral of the story is don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

Wow, I have been searching for real hair and a legit place I could call home💐💯the last real company individual person that I have had for a very long time had to leave for his family emergency for family for good 🙏🥲 so now I am so thrilled and happy about my new home I call it, for my hair! I placed an order and then realized I had purchased the wrong length of hair. I immediately emailed customer service and they responded right away. Zed in customer service reached out and they are shipping the right length of hair without an extra charge! I am very impressed! This is my first time ordering from them but it definitely won’t be the last! Thank you so much! :)

Let me say that full shine hair extensions are the best of the best!! The quality of hair is amazing. I’m so in love with my hair extensions. I’ve tried other hair extensions brands and let me say that Full Shine hair extensions top them all in quality. You got a faithful customer in me. Amazing customer service!!!!

I always was hesitant about extensions , but these are definitely the best quality for a reasonable price and amazing customer service. I would recommend full shine to anyone looking for a new look!

I bought human hair topper early this year (2026). Received it on time
I brought this to my hairstylist and he colored it darker brown to match real color of my hair and he styled it with bangs. We were both happy how the hair topper felt so smooth, easy to manage, style i.e. flat iron , hair drier. He said, great quality and fits perfect on my head, added volume and looks like my real hair
I love my human hair topper, i don't feel like I have a hair topper.
I plan on getting a 2nd human hair topper in the future for back up. ☺️
I gave it 5 stars cuz all my expectations were met

After two years of loyalty to this brand, the Butterfly Weft (Virgin XO Invisible Weft) was a total letdown. Despite a professional install, the hole placement creates a visible "lip" that makes the extensions look completely unnatural.
​When I reached out, the company was dismissive, providing inaccurate info and eventually blaming my "head size" and "scalp flatness" for their design flaws. Their own website instructions even contradict the product I received. For an expensive, unusable product, they offered zero resolution. Don't waste your money, plenty of other brands offer higher hole placement for a seamless, gap-free finish.

I received my order and reported the issue the SAME DAY it was delivered because the product is NOT wearable, and defective.

The topper has clear construction defects, including FOUR LARGE, visible stripe sections ON ONE SIDE ONLY and an unnatural, uneven,bulky parting area. This is NOT a matter of personal preference, it is a quality issue that makes the product unusable.

There was not a “white hygiene sticker,” (had item been quality checked they would have noticed that ) and again that is irrelevant. The defect was reported IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. A hygiene policy does not override a same day documented defective product.

This item should not be resold to another customer in this condition! So what does a white sticker in hygiene have anything to do with a refund!! Shame on you!

The company POSTS a response to the POSITIVE reviews, but NOTHING to the dissatisfied customers! There’s the proof of your “customer service” IF YOU WANT TO RISK IT, BE INFORMED, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR WANT A REFUND, NOT HAPPENING WITHOUT BEING COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED WITH A FORMAL DISPUTE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTE.

3/30/26 REQUESTING A FULL refund for a product that cannot be worn by anyone on the SAME day I received it I contacted your company. I supplied you with a CLEAR photo depicting, that ONE SIDE ONLY,HAS FOUR large stripes, and the other side blended. IT LOOKS LIKE TWO DIFFERENT WIGS WERE SEWN TOGETHER. I requested a prepaid label to return the DEFECTIVE product TO YOU IMMEDIATELY, WHICH I HAVE IN WRITING IN THE DISPUTE I SENT YOU. YOUR response on a community review board is to ACCUSE ME of wanting AND ATTEMPTING TO defraud your company, only substantiates the business you are running!

These are actually what I’ve used for years and are perfect they work for everyone’s hair type. I hope they stay affordable is all I know.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 6, PAID FOR EXTRA EXPEDITED SHIPPING. DUE TO THE PACKAGE NOT LABELED CORRECTLY, IT WAS STUCK IN CUSTOMS. AFTER THE RUN AROUND WITH FULLSHINE AND FEDEX. I REFUSED THE ORDER, TOLD FEDEX WHEN THEY FOUND MY PACKAGE TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA. FULLSHINE REACHED OUT TO FEDEX AND TOLD THEM TO SHIP IT TO ME AFTER I ALREADY STATED TO SHIP IT BACK. NOW AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE,ITS BEING DELIVERED, IM AT WORK, I CANT REFUSE IT. FULLSHINE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS STARTED BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WOULD NOT CLEAR CUTOMS BECAUSE OF THEM. THE DATE I NEEDED THIS ORDER HAS SINCE PASSED. I DONT NEED IT ANYMORE AND BECAUSE FULLSHINE DOESNT CARE WHAT THERE CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH A RETURN. AND APPARENTLY I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH SHIPPING/RECEIVING PROBLEMS. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH FULLSHINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

For the price you get an AMAZING QUALITY and an AMAZING PRICE! I began purchasing chip ins, loved them so much i decided to commit to fullshine wefts, been wearing them for 3 month and still beautifully installed ❤️ going to give the ktips a try on a client and am so excited! I am pleased to also write my experience with their customer service when my package was returned to sender because of a shipping error fullshine reached out to ME! very quickly and asked for an alternative address and promptly reshipped at no extra shipping cost and followed up making sure I recieved my order! I dont think I've had a company go above and beyond for me as a customer before!!! Rate FULLSHINE A 10000/10!!!
