I ordered over $1000 worth of hair from…
I ordered over $1000 worth of hair from their website. When I received my package it was missing a pack of hair. But there was an order of clip in extensions that I did not order in the package. Due to a time constraint I’m not able to resend this and wait for a whole new order it will just take way too long. I reached out to them letting them know what happened. They were super fast and responsive at first. They asked me to send a picture of the items. I thought it was to make sure that I hadn’t used any of the items. The next day they sent me a message saying that “upon reviewing your photo we can confirm that all items in your order were delivered correctly. The clip in extensions are a random gift.” That’s nice I guess, but I’m still missing a whole set of hair that I PAID for. I don’t want or use clip in extensions. I replied and explained this and now it’s complete radio silence. No response via text or email. Now I’m out $1000 and can’t get my hair done! This is absolutely infuriating and I’m getting my bank involved. I wouldn’t recommend this company. This is so stressful and completely unprofessional.

It was a great experience because their wonderful customer service! I do empathize with one of the reviews that the color displayed translated differently in real life. My first purchase was a beautiful ice blonde, but I thought it would be silverish. That being said the hair was beautiful and it keep well. The hair had lasting shine and texture remained in tact. The second purchase was even better! My original length wasn't available and they offered to upgrade my length in the color at no cost to me. I always do rush shipping , it is worth it-

I had a problem with the shade that I ordered and they went over and beyond to match me to my right shade by sending me multiple different shades and even offered to split my order up into different shades for me! I highly recommend!!

Ordered silver, sent me beige. Refuses to refund shipping cost
Color accuracy is trash! I purchased silver highlighted bayalage and I received beige highlighted hair. What I received and what is shown online isn’t even close. I paid extra for shipping and had to eat that cost and pay for return shipping for a product that is falsely advertised. They offered me a partial credit and a store credit and told me to have a hair stylist dye them. Why would I do that? False advertisement cost me $35. Buyer beware. They should refund me for my shipping because the product isn’t the same, not even close.

Beauriful hair. I purchased hand tied and machine weft full shine hair in July. I had the hair sewn in on July 15th. I have shampooed 3 times and it is beautiful. No shedding. I will buy again.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I will start off by saying I was not able to use the hair due to health issues that caused significant hair loss that I did not realize I had because I have had extensions for 5+ years, upon removing my previous set I realized that I had so much loss and thinning I would not be able to put in extensions. However my package arrived in less than a week, the hair was amazing quality, absolutely beautiful, and a perfect color match to their photos online. The review is for their customer service. I emailed them my situation requesting to return, they offered sympathy for my situation and I felt like they truly were sorry and wanted to do anything they could to help and support me. They offered me a full return and refund OR to keep the extensions for future use as well as a $50 partial refund (even though I would have gotten to keep the hair!!!) or a $60 credit. I proceeded with the full return since my hair really is too far gone right now. At the end of it all they offered me a $25 gift card to use and told me to use it whenever my hair is at it’s healthy and happy state. The gal I had the privilege to go through this process with was Mabel and she was truly amazing. Hair loss at a young age is heart breaking and she genuinely felt like a friend wanting the best for me. Thank you full shine and thank you Mabel! When I am able to in the future I will 110% be using you guys for my extension needs!!

I’ve used full shine hair extensions for 10 years. They have a great quality of hair and color selection. I’ve changed my blonde several times over the past years and I’m able to always find a match! It’s rare but if I’ve ever ran into an issue they have helped me. I always recommend these extensions to my friends. Great quality hair, great tape, great customer service and price.
