حتى تكونوا في القمة

You do not have support for the Arabic language. I hope that you have a degree of credibility in the amounts offered for goods that are not the same during the purchase process. I hope that there is an order number and a clear mechanism for receiving the order. Finally, I hope that you will return the amount to me as quickly as possible, and I promise to look into it again. Evaluate your service to me in returning the purchase amount

A payment of £1 went out of my account…SCAM!!!

A payment of £1 went out of my account on Saturday...after I'd been trying to download a parking app. Thought it was a holding fee for the car park and thought nothing of it. On Tuesday I noticed a pending transaction for £22.28.....what the hell??? I contacted my bank, and after much to-ing and fro-ing they said it was a dispute with the retailer and I needed to get in touch with them....I did. So, despite the fact that I did NOT sign up for any membership with this company, did not give them any of my details, or banking info....apparently they were able to quickly find my "account". Said that I was within the 14 day cool off period and they would cancel my membership....the one I DID NOT sign up for in the first place!!!!! Today the pending transaction has gone out of my account.
I am furious!!!!!
I have subsequently found a number of emails in my junk folder....which I swear had not been there when I'd looked previously. The first one tells me I have "won" a gift card....complete scam!!!!

EXTORTION ALERT - FUNBAGSTORE IS A SCAM!

On August 21, 2024 I bought an article from this store and my bank account was debited with the amount of the item. Three days later, another amount was debited from my account, also paid to FunBagStore.

When I enquired about this, they replied that the item I bought didn't exist, and that I have "subscribed" to some kind of membership.

I never intended to subscribe to anything, and since the product I bought didn't exist, I requested a refund. For a month I didn't hear from them.

On September 24, 2024 I received an email from them, instructing me to make a positive review on Trustpilot as condition for getting my refund.

This is extortion, and I am happy to forfeit that money if it will help put these people out of business. Below is the email I've received:

"Dear Sonja,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Emily from the Escalation team.

I have reviewed your recent case with our Customer Service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

To make things right, we have canceled your subscription and will refund your membership fees to your card ending in [redacted].

To proceed with the refund, as we're making an exception to our standard policy, we kindly ask for your support by sharing your feedback on our Trustpilot page. Please ensure your rating falls within the range of 4 to 5 stars. You can always mention my name and rate my services.

Important: In your review, we kindly ask that you avoid using terms like "refund" or "membership cancellation," as these can be confusing for other customers.
Instead, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write one of the following phrases: "good service," "good company," "thank you," "good experience," "good customer support," etc.

Please note: Reviews including terms such as "refund" will not be considered positive, regardless of the number of stars given. Consequently, we will not be able to proceed with the refund process, which is a significant exception from our team.

Once your review is submitted, we will proceed accordingly with your refund and the money will be reflected in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

Feel free to send a screenshot or the link to the review to expedite the process.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.

Best regards,
Emily
Escalation Team"

Dear Emily form the Escalation Team,

You've messed with the wrong person. You have 48 hours to refund me before I start hunting down your little operation. Try me.
