My only complain
My only complain about the online course is that it had so much information in it that a single year access is not enough to fully digest it. The quality of the content is staggering. Can’t wait for more courses to be release.
Neck pain gone
I trained most of my life doing martial arts, and competed in boxing and muay thai. All the hard training and abuse of my body came to a head when I got to about 30 years old. Amongst other injuries I had a bulging disc in my neck which stopped me doing most of the training I was doing at the time. After seeing a chiropractor for 3 months, it worsened. I tried Physio, myo therapy, remedial massage and the list goes on. Eventually I found Functional Patterns and did a Human Foundations course which the entry level one open to anyone who completes the ten week online program. On the first week of the course I felt major changes in my structure and it lead to having consistent pain free days since then. I’m 41 now and can still box, in fact my mechanics have improved to the point I can absorb punches and throw with more mechanical efficiency so i don’t need to do all that cardio. Nothing else worked, Functional Patterns did. It’s been life changing to say the very least. Highly recommend.

After trying countless forms of therapy and exercise and still dealing with chronic pain, I decided to give FP a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was intrigued by its holistic approach to biomechanics and movement efficiency..

Found what I was searching for
For many years, I was passionate about hitting the gym and exploring a variety of exercise programs, including HIIT, CrossFit, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. I consistently pushed myself to excel, often ranking among the top performers in my classes. I was checking FP throughly before I finally decided to buy 10week online course. At first, I wanted to rush in and do everything at the same time. Once you get through the program you discover that it all makes sense and that it would be great to start all over again. So many valuable informations.

I've had a great experience personally. I use it to address imbalances and have not needed a massage since buying the 10-week online course. Making my way through FTS and also working with a brilliant practitioner in Rayleigh (Essex Biomechanics) who are great for people who want to be studenta of biomechanics and learn more about how to keep their bodies healthy. Whenever I get in pain I have a way of getting back out again

FP is Changing Fitness and Rehab Forever
I've given Functional Patterns a good go in that I've been following and practicing their techniques since 2017. I've always been athletic and worked out hard, I even competed at the D1 collegiate level in my sport so I've dabbled in all types of fitness styles. I also have a degree in exercise science. That said, I was in debilitating pain at the age of 19 that I struggled with for 5 years despite spending a lot of money on anything that seemed to make sense for pain relief. I wasted a lot of time on things that didn't work.
I started with the 10-week online course, worked with a practitioner (which was great), and ultimately decided to get certified myself. I got certified because after being promised a solution to my pain and lack of strength for years, this was the only thing that helped me. I am able to work out strenuously several days a week without any pain at the age of 30.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with the team at FP from day 1. If I had questions, they were answered in an efficient and professional way and everything I've learned has improved my life in a way that is indescribable.
My take on negative reviews here is that, yes - FP puts out criticism about different styles of fitness and this hurts peoples feelings. I've observed for years how the FP team deals with their follower base and when people ask questions from a genuine place of curiosity, they get answered. That said, there are certainly lots of trolls out their that don't like what FP is doing.
The reality is that what Functional Patterns is doing is remarkably effective and industry-disrupting, which comes with its challenges. I appreciate how the FP team has dealt with these challenges and continues to grow with the priority of demonstrating results and helping people from all walks of life get back to exercise when they are often at the end of their rope. Truly inspirational. I'm a customer for life.

But ultimately it works, and that’s all I’m really interested in.
In respect of videos only being available for 12 months. If you have practiced and mastered, which you should do well within a year, you don’t really need the videos again.
