They need to disasscoiate with Quest Diagnostics - getting /going to an appointment there is so ghetto. I also don't feel like I got any answers on my core issues (osetoarthritis and dimished ovarian reserve) - just bloodwork, but no answers on what to do for my unique issues. I probably could have gone through health insurance to get the seame lab results so not really sure of the value, though I do enjoy the biological age feature for fun and learned a bit more about my chloesterol in depth,

I was very disappointed that this company is AI driven and most contact was automated. When I purchased I really thought I would have received a more personalized interaction. The test results were a little overwhelming therefore I didn’t know how to best make changes. It would have been much better to have personal contact to make sense of the results and guidance on steps to take.
Was surprised that it took about a month to get initial clinician notes.
To try to dig deeper after the initial tests, the add on tests were costly and wasn’t sure what was best suitable for me.
When deciding to cancel the system asked if I would like to be contacted about adding a few extra months but no one ever contacted me.

The experience for ordering labs was great. I received results promptly for many important labs I cannot get at my regularly scheduled physician visits. The cost is also HSA expendable, which is very helpful. I have had Function health for 6 months, and with my second lab draw, I learned that my cholesterol has greatly improved, and my other values seem to be steady. Good to know!!!

I would recommend this platform because it is very well organized and easy to understand. Anyone wanting to take charge of their health should do this.

Really enjoyed seeing the results of a battery of tests. Also love the AI generated protocols. Only gave it 4 stars because my doctor complained she wished the printout would include the range for each test. Otherwise, everything is great and would recommend to anyone wondering what's going on in their body.

The testing was thorough. Directions before, during and after the lab work were detailed. The results and explanations were thorough and easy to interpret. I would recommend function health to anyone interested with learning more about their body and health.

Needs to be a bit more instructive with app and what to expect. In Arizona app says schedule with consierge which took two days to reach for them to schedule. Once getting thru, it was good. Like the information so far
