Scheduling was convenient and communication was timely and information very complete.

Function health has been a tremendous resource for my wife and I. Through the blood work we’ve been able to get a tremendous amount of health information which we forward to our primary care of physicians. Very helpful, very beneficial and very useful.

This company is pretty much a scam. Yes you do get to have certain lab tests done at a cheaper price. However, their customer service is awful. Their emails are all sound AI generated and they give you the runaround when you run into an issue.

More customer service, more opportunities to talk actually to any professional service.

I love how easy they make it to get your blood tested & how they analyze your results.

Blood tests are very good; lots of information. Now if only my Dr actually knew what to do with all this information… It would be nice if Function Health offered a consultation with a Dr after you get your blood test results!

Function Health's communication with me about time to show up at the Quest lab was accurate and helpful. Quest was ready for me on time and quickly took blood samples and within a few days had begun reporting results. Function Health gave me a summary within two weeks of the results and suggestions for the future. The price of the test was very reasonable and provided me with a lot of useful insight into my health.

i had a high PSA score and wanted to do a second test quickly. a PSA test threw the doctor is a couple hundred bucks so I did function.

Very timely and staff was easy to work with

The diagnostic center I go to for blood work is very close. I don't have to wait long. The doctor's note about the results arrive pretty fast, so I don't really have any negative comments about the process.

I liked being able to schedule so many blood draws for the price.
I liked the notes I received with a detailed analysis.
I found it extremely difficult to use the website because (a) communications had to be solely through chat, and the chat was not helpful. The referral to a “Concierge service” seemed to be a referral to another chat bot.
Scheduling blood draws was difficult, as was scheduling the type of blood draw I wanted.
For example, after my initial blood draw, function Health notified me that within two months I should be retested on two specific parameters. Therefore I indicated on the website that I wanted a retest on those two specific parameters, of both of which were high. Instead, my follow up blood draw two months later was a retest for parameters that I did not request. I wanted to wait at least six months for my follow up retests that are included in the package. I was unable to schedule a retest on the two parameters that are high, which function health encouraged me to get retested within two months.

This was ultimately a less expensive way for me to check in on my health in America even with really great health insurance through my work. I am pretty uncomfortable with how much ai is utilized in this company, but i suppose that’s how they can do this for a lower price. i was however extremely put off by having to click no to 10 (or more) super pricey add ons to complete my order. please condense this into one page! the ai bot who created my Clinician Notes misread my information originally and gave me advice as if i had abnormal hormone levels and this was signed off by a doctor, but a few weeks later they realized a mistake was made and revoked the notes and created new ones. that was weird but okay. the ai seems pretty trained to see veganism as bad for your health and tried to tell me to never eat soy. that was really icky and misinformed. ultimately this was worth it and im really thankful to have the knowledge this provided me and am now on a protocol with my doctor to address my two deficiencies!!
