And I'm sorry, this is such a long post, but this needs to be sad. I gave them evidence after evidence including my husband's photo. ID his picture and they needed him to write a written statement. He was willing to do it. They're not trying to work with me and they're lying on this platform Let me start on by saying this company is a huge scam i started my trading journey may 23 2026 that When I open account with them i wasn't good at it , so I blew through a couple of accounts? So I decided to do it one more time no I was not using a VPN no I was not doing fraud, I was following their rules, and I also looked online about fraud, their rules and there was nothing set. So my husband sign up for an account. It is used to split bills or pay half of your bills. They give you extra fifty dollars to use it call deferit that company is the worst, but we're not here for that so I use the card that was given to my husband by them. He gave me permission to use it, but the card was not working. It declining, it kept saying something was wrong with that card. I tried his name, their company name and my name. They see what it go through. Had I knew that this company was gonna use that against me.I never would have tried more than once.Even though the company asked me to so I went above my consistency rule which is forty percent so I had to make extra money to get and pay young.I was okay with that.I was not familiar with the consistency rule. So as I was trading , I was also verifying my identity and all of a sudden, I get a notification on my phone that says my new password has been changed and another notification so I thought it was an error message, so I contact their support I was told by their support that they could not verify my identity. And I can no longer trade with them.I asked them why they could not verify my identity.It took them a couple of hours, but he came by saying that I was doing fraud.I was so confused so he sent me a screenshot I did not have time to answer him because he ended.The conversation after he sent me this screenshot saying, I was doing fraud.I open up another conversation at explain the situation.And several of their customer service say that is under fraud , so i contacted him one more time and I gave all my evidence including my husband's face and I'd and also, the evidence from the card company that was not working.And I was told by one of their representatives that they're going to go to their supervisor and I haven't heard back from them.I go to try to see the conversation on both of my devices and now the website that I was on the conversation blank. You can't see conversations, you can't comment. You can't do anything I reset it. My device, I closed out the website and went back in nothing but soon as I get on my husband's phone, I'm able to see their website and If you want to open up a conversation you can my husband contact them to let them know what was going on in a told him to have me contact them.I have been corroborating with this company of giving them more than enough evidence that it was not fraud.It was the car company that I was using fault.And I already know I'm not getting my account back but I urge you do not waste your money or time with this company. This has happened several times to several people, and they're not fixing the issue. They're a huge scam. I'm not understanding why they got 4.6 stars do their platform, but they're very bad company. It is going to be hard for me to trust a funded company again. Because this is such a headache to go through. I've been cooperating again. Giving him evidence after evidence that it was not fraud and there was no resolution. No, nothing. They're just not giving me and my account back. And when I tried to open app a new account, it doesn't give me the option to open app a new account, it really says that I have existing account with them so they're keeping my account and my email address and everything. And not letting me open app a new account with my phone number or my email address.Because again they have an account up my name this is the only way I know how to spread the word about this company.Please read the negative reviews.Do not believe the high rate of views And again , I have contacted them several times and they are ignoring me.They have horrible customer surveys when it comes to getting a payout or passing your evaluation , but when it comes to you , failing or asking questions , they're happy to help

However, passing an evaluation is only one part of the process. All applicable rules and verification requirements must be satisfied before an account can proceed through KYC and data verification. In your case, the KYC review was unsuccessful for multiple reasons.
Most importantly, the issue was not simply related to the identity document you submitted. Our review identified additional names associated with your billing and transaction history. This is a direct violation of our policies, which require account and purchasing information to accurately correspond to the individual using the account. We understand that you stated the transactions involved you and your husband. However, our records showed multiple names associated with the transactions, rather than only the two individuals you referenced. For that reason, your review does not present the complete circumstances surrounding the decision.
Using another individual’s information to make purchases or otherwise misrepresent the identity associated with a transaction is a serious compliance concern. We cannot accept responsibility for information submitted by a trader or for activity that violates our established policies. It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and belongs to the appropriate individual.
If all information had been accurate, consistent, and compliant with our requirements, we would have been more than happy to approve your KYC, move you forward to a funded account, and ultimately see you earn a payout. Unfortunately, the information identified during our review prevented that from happening. We encourage all traders to carefully review the rules and verification requirements before purchasing or trading with any firm.
