I cannot reply to your message but you need to tell me if somebody's using somebody else's card for any reason they can't use it. There is nowhere on your website saying that that cannot happen and I explain time and time again that the card that we were using weren't working
I tried his name the company name. Even my name and it was not due to your company or me or even my husband the reason why the card was not working, I explained that he got a car from a split rent app that gives you $50 to use on anything majority, the card was not working on any website. Or app, but they told me just to keep trying. That's the reason why you see his name. My name and the company name multiple times and again. I told him time and time again and they consider to say that I was doing fraud, and I provided his photo ID and his picture. And if you need a written statement with a notarized saying that he gave me permission, I am fine with doing that, but ya did not give me no other opportunity to explain anything. And I looked up on your website about fraud prevention or anything, it does not say anything about that or using somebody else's card i just wanted my account back. That is all like I said, if I knew what I knew. Now that child will hold that against me, do you think I would have used that card multiple times to try to purchase another account and honestly I don't see what the big deal is because I didn't even get an account purchased through y'all with that card that is faulty. And I again provided evidence that the card was faulty evidence after evidence after evidence , and you're still saying that I did fraud , how does that make sense i was supposed to get an update on my case.And now they're blocking both of my devices from contacting them and are provided all the evidence to their customer service and a and I have the evidence that they're blocking , both of my devices from the conversation I had with them in any update

Very bad experience, first I trade and I win amount around 1100 usd in my account and They told me I use VPN and VPS so they make my account empty and start again from new, then I thought that May be I use hotel wifi so that why, then Second I trade using my own data give wifi to laptop, I check my laptop before trade that My VPN It is off and I trade but When I profit around 5900 usd they told me I m using VPN and VPS and My all amount make Empty again, so I feel so disappinted, then I dnt want to trade In FFF again,

FFF is a great company , with a vision to empower traders worldwide. This shows in the programs that they offer, starting from affordable pricing with no activation fees. Should you have any questions, customer support is there for you, unlike other prop firms that have a chatbot to give you automated replies leaving you frustrated when the situation is not best addressed by the automated replies. I can even remember Mr Daniel emailing me if I wanted further support , even after the ticket had been closed and this shows the genuine concern to address customer queries. My experience moved from hopes to elation on finding myself really clearing a evaluation, that had its profit targets stretched owing to consistency ! And within a few minutes, the dashboard also reflected the funded status !!! Must thank FFF for giving me a opportunity to test my ability as a prop firm trader , and appreciate their clear path from evaluation to funded. They offer Wealthcharts, Tradovate and Ninja trader , all the best one could ask for. They also had giveaways on X during the football cup ! I wish they would also issue a giveaway on receiving a nice feedback as this and look forward to it !!Not to be mistaken, the above points are really worth noting for people from countries that are not based on the USD. Awesome prop firm and challenges. Super support from Timothy to get my KYC manually accepted after an automatic failure so I could activate my funded account after passing eval. Great service and accepted within 24 hours.
