Never received money at all

Never received money at all. Requested same day and it’s still not in my acct. I was also charged a fee for same day service.

Pure robbery

How can you say you lend someone $500 and took $125 for processing fee? This is terrible, and expect the person to pay you $1300 at the end. This is pure robbery. You are putting someone in a deeper mess because they were vulnerable.

The application is easy and the answer is to it, is fast. The second phase of the procedure is very expedict. The email, have fast responds, there is only from my personal point of view to be improved which is the phone calls.

God is great!
I applied for a $500 loan without fully understanding the terms of agreement. Fundo does fixed rate (MCA) loans meaning if you get a $500 loan and pay it off early you’re still responsible for paying the full payback amount. In my case, that amount was $1300 for a $500 loan of which I received $400 because they charge a $100 processing fee.

Once I realized this, the funds were already approved to be sent to my account. The approval took place after business hours and the holiday was the next day. I was unable to call and cancel the loan but sent an email immediately requesting termination of the agreement. Fundo was very understanding and made an exception, took the $400 back and canceled the agreement. God is great!
