They were there in my times of need financially. Even though I needed more finances at the time they did something. And something is better than nothing.

it wasn't great but it wasn't bad

it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. i was pre-approved for 2500.00 but then after speaking with the nice lady who walked me through the paperwork, they only gave me 1400. all of my cash deposits were not used to determine my actual worth so after approving me for 2500.00 they then backed that off to only 1400. i still don't understand their reasoning behind it but other than that it was all good.

Takes a long time for them to respond…

Takes a long time for them to respond and you cannot talk to them on the phone. The person that finished the deal with me was fine now she got it done. I don’t expect immediate response.

My loan was supposed to be for $500

My loan was supposed to be for $500. I was under the impression I’d receive an email stating when I would receive my deposit. I never received and email and $375 were deposited into my account. I sent an email yesterday asking for clarification and never heard back.

It was easy and the deposit was fast

It was easy and the deposit was fast. The only thing I have a issue with is trying to get a balance that I owe. And support can't help with that. But overall it was fast.

They prey on desperate people

Horrible I borrowed $5000 received 4600 after fees repaid the debt 20 hours later and got charged $5750. So this money cost me over $1100 for less than a day I could’ve borrowed money from the mob cheaper.

Thankful but too soon

I just don't like that the repayment starts so soon. The repayment could at least be three weeks after receiving the loan. I needed the money for a security deposit but I don't pay it until next Wednesday.
