I really like the concept of Fundrise

I really like the concept of Fundrise - being able to invest in real estate and alternative investments in smaller amounts than were otherwise available to retail investors. Platform is simpleto use and return information is easily digestible.

accessible and level-headed

The podcasts demonstrate the level-headed thinking of the people involved; I spoke with customer-service once and they were available and helpful; it is easy to navigate the site and learn about the organization.

They are THEIVES

They are THEIVES. In April of 2022, I started with FundRise by putting in $10,000 and my funds were like that episode of South Park ....and-- IT'S GONE! It's now March of 2025, and my balance is $8,867. I could have put this 10 Grand in the PHUCKIN BANK and made 2%! Or a CD or MYGA and get 6 or7%.... but no-- they have blown my money and I have ZERO hope of it returning. How can a real-estate investment firm LOSE money when the value of property is DOUBLING everywhere? I'm sorry, but I call it flat out fraud and scam.
