Funeral Service
From appointing the Southern Co-op to the day of the funeral, they showed exceptional professionalism. They helped and advised us to create a unique and personal service for our son without pressuring us into doing anything we didn't want. Throughout the whole process, the level of communication, co-ordination with local and international bodies and information provided was excellent. The team showed empathy, compassion and a level of care both for our son and ourselves which was second to none. They were able to meet our every need and delivered a service which we couldn't fault. From the office team, right through to the Commander and her whole team on the day, were excellent. We are very grateful for a job well done.

I can’t thank The Co-operative Funeralcare in Emsworth enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Jane was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure I felt informed and reassured every step of the way, without ever being pushy.
The Chapel of Rest was peaceful and beautifully presented. Seeing Mum looking so serene and cared for meant a great deal to me. They even took her fingerprints, a thoughtful touch I truly appreciated.
On the day of the funeral, the coordinator was calm, professional, and attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly and also took the time to check in with me, which made a big difference.
I felt truly looked after by everyone involved. I would highly recommend The Co-operative Funeralcare Emsworth to anyone going through the loss of a loved one—they handled everything with such dignity and compassion.
