Over a month later and still waiting for a refund for a faulty product I sent back.
If you to contact them using their online form they ignore you and don’t get back to you.

I really have had a bad experience with this company. I placed an order early November 2025 as a Christmas gift for my child at 72 Euros. I my currency this translated to 820 Swedish Kronor after bank deduced some transaction fee. The Funko did not deliver and after several emails they decided to pay back the money 72 Euro in January 8th 2026 (2 months later). Now what happens is Christmas gift opportunity completely lost but also money lost. The 72 Euros is worth less in Swedish now and bank will again deduce transaction fee. I am not buying from Funko again. What a disappointing experience.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, they tell lies constantly, they actually steal your money and dont send your order, it got to the point where I had to contact my credit card company to report fraud in order to get my money back after waiting 2 months for replies to numerous emails. Absolute fraudsters and they should be investigated, I paid extra for faster delivery too. Avoid at all costs. FRAUDSTERS

I didn't receive my order or my money back. I'm extremely disappointed. Customer support has also stopped responding to messages. This is simply the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I avoid this brand, even in offline stores.
Not a good service and delivery
In November I ordered 6 funko pops, where one was custom made as well.
They sent it out, but ofc I don't check it every day, they tried to deliver it but I never got a notice or a card from the post service (DPD).
At the beginning of December, I asked Customer Service where my Funkos are, never got a message.
After christmas I wrote again and thats when I also noticed that they tried to deliver it.
What I wanted was my Funkos, since they are out of stock or sold out now!
What I got is my money back, which is the only reason I give this One Star, but sadly..... I'd rather have the Funkos, especially since they are sold out...
Order never arrived and no response to emails
Placed an order for a few items at the beginning of November. They were marked as dispatched 2 weeks later but according to the tracking never actually left the warehouse. I reached out to support multiple times but never got a response back, so had to contact my bank for a refund. Would not order again.

Usually no issues whatsoever however my recent order (I ordered 4 funko pops) one of the boxes had a tear in it not sure if that's how it was or if somehow it happened in delivery (probably not although packaging was different this time) and it is something that matters to me so I have emailed to see if anything can be done but I am still waiting for a response (it's been about 2 or 3 days so far) I will update with anything on their customer service

Ordered six items on 09 November 2025, only one item was delivered on 26 November 2025.
Several messages sent via email and through the website, only one response, asking for more information.
Nearly two months after the order I will reclaim my costs through my credit card company.

Thieving company
Order Funko Pop yourself on 27th November, never shipped was packed a ready for shipping on the 6th December but no further progress on the tracking. Emailed them on the 15th and the 22nd December as appears the only way to communicate. No response at all, now instructed my bank to reclaim the £50 spent. Absolute appalling company to ignore its customers and take their money!!!Shame on you!!

This company is absolutely criminal. Ordered 4 figures at the end of November as Christmas presents. As I write this today on 4th January, I never received any figures, never received any communications or responses to my complaints and multiple emails.
Had to do a charge back through the bank. Do not waste your time.

I also wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this company. I received only one figure and have emailed four times and am still giving information and waiting for a refund. Don’t order from this company. I’d give 0 stars too if it were an option.

Ordered a customised pop vinyl for my son’s 21st between Xmas and new year , great communication, very quick delivery, easy to order and absolutely thrilled when it arrived yesterday, would recommend on my experience! Thankyou 😊
Ordered 3 pop yourself characters back…
Ordered 3 pop yourself characters back at the beginning of November. 2 arrived and 1 didn’t. There is no way of speaking to anyone. They have replaced customer service with and AI chat bot which states it will escalate for someone to contact me back. No reaponse. I would advise everyone to process a chargeback with their banks, the company is about to go bust so better to try and get your money back now
Terrible / multiple issues
It is late evening, 02nd of january. Still waiting for order from end of november. There were 9 items in that order and some of those were Christmas presents. Send a few emails with question where is my order. No replies. Order before that (also from november) came with one item missing. Wrote an email about that, no reply also. And they double charged me for one order. They just took the money from my account. How is that even possible. Bank canceled that transaction as it was clear that it was a double one. Extremely bad and unprofessional.
No Customer Service & Hasty Packaging
Ordered a custom Pop as a Xmas present. It arrived on time but the plastic display box upgrade I ordered arrived smashed and unusable for display and the name tag was just a sticker that was stuck on off centre and skewed. The box itself was also substandard compared to normal Funkos. I contacted customer services immediately, received an auto reply with case number and have had no response since, despite prompting again. The chatbot on the website never has an available agent to speak to. I have initiated a case with my card provider for a partial refund, although at under £100 I may not qualify
