I did speak to you over the phone and offered to collect your order of cladding to match with a finish you required. It would have been no trouble at all. A real shame to see this review as I know it’s the 2nd time you have purchased with us being so happy the first time. As offered at the offset, we could happily collect, re do, or in worst case scenario refund. I don’t believe you wanted anything back but the offer is always there from us. Hope this has not dulled your sparkle of us at funky timber and if you need anything, our landline is available weekdays between 8-4:30!

Such a great customer service!
We bought custom made table base. Throughout the buying and delivering process Lauren and Dan were so helpful. They made sure we are aware of the process and went an extra mile when I asked if they could make an L shape angle trim. Dan even went to check with the supplier next door to see if they have composite ones (that’s what we originally were after). They didn’t so Dan made them from high quality steel!
I would recommend this company to anyone who is after great quality, affordable price and great customer service.

Product looks good, delivery experience not so good
The cladding received looks great but the company needs to improve communication. No message received to say order had been despatched or was being delivered. Phone call received at 7pm to say delivery was being made but no one was home. We accommodated and the cladding was left in our car port. The driver then drove his van in to a neighbours car and drove off without stopping and owning up. Luckily there was a witness. The company has been fine in sorting but all the same, not a great delivery experience.

Good afternoon Phil,
words cannot express how disappointed we have been in the delivery incident of the timber cladding. The cladding was due out to you friday morning further to despatch emails that are sent out to all customers. The driver did attempt to deliver your order of timber cladding the evening before with being in the area, which is being dealt with as a separate matter altogether to which we are sorry about for causing any inconvenience; we can only apologise for the incident where he bumped your neighbours vehicle. We understand that accidents can happen and in this instance he didn't realise he had knocked the vehicle- he did return the following morning to your neighbour with all his details and our companies details, to give and take the correct information and more importantly to apologise for his mistake which we have to take into account for his complete honesty. This was a genuine honest mistake, we have never dealt with an incident like this in 6 years and this will massively effect our insurance which is a real shame- however, i personally spoke to the your neighbour on friday morning, and the insurance as a matter or urgency, this has been dealt with right away ensuring your neighbour is in no way out of pocket and taken care of. We are a professional, reputable company and pride ourselves on our delivery service so this matter hasn't been taken lightly and has been dealt with in a serious manner. Again i just want to apologise to yourselves and your neighbour on behalf of the driver, we do hope this experience hasn't put you off funky timber as a whole.

I’ve been looking for a feature wall for my bedroom for 6 months and finally found a company that went above and beyond to supply me exactly what I wanted! They matched my wall from some photos I supplied and it looks better than I could have imagined! Lauren was super helpful and very responsive and decided that I would have funky timber install the feature wall for me!
Dan was excellent, the wall was fitted in super quick time and even cleaned up after himself!
They have made my dream become a reality and i honestly could rate them highly enough! Shame I could only give 5 stars!
