Fun Time was the best price available.
There was an issue with delivery which was out of Fun Time's control. I spoke to Angela who was delightful and a replacement was delivered 36 hours later.
We will definitely buy from Fun Time again.

The customer service with this company is outstanding, the delivery superfast and the product (a little tikes wooden premium kitchen) is fantastic and at a reaally great price. Would definetly use againand recommend to family and friends.it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Can only comment on good delivery, arrived on time and carried in to hall by courier. Not put together yet so Hope construction as easy as order and delivery.

Ordered this kitchen for my one year old granddaughter. It arrived within 24 hours. It was a very good price. All parts were easy to identify and numbered. Screws and bits were packed separately. My husband put it together in hour and 20 mins. My granddaughter loves it. She’s only had it a week so can’t say yet how well it will last but looks sturdy enough.
Only one problem 2 sets of screws have same letter of identification one set white and one set silver. White for outside, silver for inside. I had read reviews on this but forgot to tell my husband who didn’t see straight away and didn’t use correct ones. He was a little annoyed!! A perfectionist.

After ordering a smoby cash register for a Christmas gift. I waited nearly 2 weeks without receiving anything. So i contacted the company to be informed the product I had ordered was a pre order Christmas item.. I had no idea of this at the time of placing the order.. i was told the product as expected in the next week from the supplier.
So I waited.. few days later I receive an email to say the product (cash register) hadn't arrived on the delivery an I could cancel my order or wait for it.. so o decoded to wait..as I was assured I would definetly receive it before Christmas.
Granted.. I received the cash register toy within another week waiting... But delivery was disgraceful!
It was posted by courier... with no extra wrapping..or packaging what so ever. Literally just the Smoby Cash register packing..with a great big delivery address label & a bar code. Stuck on the original box.
A neighbour had taken in the parcel.. an a delivery note was through my door.. when I collected it from my neighbour I was in absolute shock at the condition of the box! One corner had all been bashed in & then along with the huge sticky address label which I can't remove without taking the original print off the box!! Very annoying when this is a Christmas gift for someone else!!
I would have at least expected the
Product to even be wrapped with a plastic cover or bag at least to protect it. Not just sent as I had just bought it from a shop!!

The original table top and one chair seat are damaged and I have contacted Fun Time Toy Company for replacements. Their last email said that they have sent the product details to KidKraft for a new table top and chair seat. I am waiting for them to arrive. When the new pieces come, and all is well, the star rating will increase.
Since writing the review all has been put right. Customer Services at Fun Time Toy Company and KidKraft have been fantastic. I cannot fault either company (5 stars or more each). The table and chairs set is delightful and went together easily with all pre-drilled holes in the right place. There is plenty of room to give each child their own space so come Christmas I can see two very pleased children having great fun playing at the table.

It is 21/11/2017 today and I still do not have my item and when trying to find out any info, it took ages to speak to someone and then was told the item was still at the depot!!!!
Hope I get it for Christmas!!!!!!

Excelled expectations! Really impressed and it is excellent quality and seems very sturdy! My little boy will love this on Christmas Day! Defiantly recommend.

Ordered a toy for my sons birthday. Item got lost with courier. Called to try and resolve this, but staff were not helpful. Had to keep calling back, each time was promised a call back which didn't happen. Patronising and rude staff. Not impressed.

Great customer service but not courier you used yodel over 10 days and still not received item but not your fault can't fault you but I would use other courier service to be honest

Placed an order for a item the beginning of October which said would be delivered mid November. 11th November I got an email to say been dispatched and was with me the next day. Perfect service, no fuss.

Very quick delivery, 2 days.

Had some login issues on their website, but nothing major.
