Would recommend and will use them again lots of great toys to choose from, when contacted for an update the were very helpful

Ordered a toy kitchen for my daughters birthday. Which should of been five working days. Two weeks later I had still not received any email saying it had been dispatched. I contacted customer services first thing A.M who told me ‘sales team’ were engaged and she would get them to call me back straight away. They did not call me back. The next day I called again, to be told the same thing, that sales was engaged and she ensured that she would get them call me back ASAP. The calls never came, emails unanswered. After reading many many extremely similar reviews of this company, and reading their website that the courier may only make one delivery attempt then it will be shipped back and fun toy time company will charge anywhere between £7-70 pound return charge even if it was free delivery, I cancelled my item. This “company” is diabolical, how they are still in business is beyond me. I just wish that I had listen to the bad reviews and gone with my gut instinct in the first place

Really pleased with the Smoby medium garden slide. It came within a couple of days of ordering it with excellent tracking that let me estimate exactly what time it would arrive. Our 22 month old granddaughter is absolutely delighted with it. She didn't need any help at all to climb the steps, sit down at the top and slide down.

Got a race car bed for our son. It was cheaper than other sites offering same product. No issues with delivery, great quality and relatively easy to put together. We have a very happy toddler!

Parcel was lost. Was 9 days late. Wouldn't refund when I asked. Would not collect for free

Ordered table and chairs for my 2 year old daughters birthday. When it arrived the box had clearly been dropped and/or opened in transit. It was delivered by Yodel and was covered in Yodel tape reading ‘repacked by Yodel’. After opening it and sorting all the pieces out, it became apparent that all the screws and another part was missing. Needless to say it was extremely disappointing for all concerned, not least my daughter who still doesn’t have her birthday present a week later
