They cancelled my recent event saying a refund would come. It hasn't, despite emails. Nobody answers emails or the phone. Terrible customer service.

Don't recommend at all
Booked a walk for three price and they happily took my money and confirmed. Contacted a few hours later by the 'host. Poorly written email to see he was cancelling due to 'work commitments'. The walk was due to take place only two days later so unlikely. No apology given and no information about refunds. I suspect I've been conned. Very unprofessional at best. First time I tried to use it and wanted to warn others to avoid as you are Likely to get scammed too.

Funzing my bum
Funzing my bum! I was looking forward to the killer clown talk by Paul Harrison and Jarred blancard, however I was never informed that it had been cancelled, I booked a hotel that I can’t get a refund for and I am a single mom of 4, and to top it off Paul Harrison is doing a talk 2 days earlier about serial killers, I would not bother ever again my advice AVOID
