I’ve been very happy with the camera. And the Nanny is interesting 🤨. Very happy with it. Wish it fit more treats than it does but it’s still cool to be able to say “hey fur baby here’s a treat!”

I bought this camera on the Furbo page

I bought this camera on the Furbo page, then after 1 week when I contacted them asking where my package is, they said there is a problem with shipping, they cannot ship to my address and ask me for an alternative shipping address. I gave them my address before buying the product and they didn't say they don't ship to my location. Neither there is any such information on their page. A lot of time lost reading reviews, talking to the customer service, making an order etc. This company is not serious. I don't recommend.

Do not buy this product

Do not buy this product! Brand new out of box didn’t work. The customer service person told me model out of warranty. This bought 6 months prior. They wouldn’t replace it. Told me had to be under warranty. Why is this company selling product out of warranty in 6 months time! Refused to send me new one. They get $169 and I get broken product. Buyer Beware! Bad company. Bad business

Does not work!!

We have had our Furbo for about 2 years. We have never been able to get it to work! Very frustrated. My husband spent a lot of time on the phone with them over a year ago; still could not make it work.

Lasted a couple of years always…

Lasted a couple of years, always disconnecting from wifi down for days at a time customer service is absolutely useless their solution is basically buy a new camera

Be very wary!

I do not know where they are getting their 5 star reviews from. I could not find anywhere to write my review after purchasing so am posting here. Their customer service is non-existent. The website has a returns guarantee but I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and not had a single response. If you do purchase make sure you pay on a credit card to give you some protection.

Discriminate against people with disabilities

I have had a Furbo for several years. It has gotten worse and worse as they have grown bigger than they am handle. I wish they would sell to a Company that can handle the volume or they would stop promoting to get more customers while forgetting about the loyal ones they have had and that have helped build them. A while back they offered a promotion and I called to get it. Because I wasn’t a nee customer they said I didn’t qualify. I was already paying for the service that they were offering a free camera to customers for if they signed up. I told them to cancel my service then and I would sign up. But their logic was I had prepaid for a year so they would not do that. So I told them that at the end of the year they could cancel my auto renewal. Five months later they tried to charge me again but I was one step ahead. I had already called my bank card and cancelled the recurring payment. I then reached out to find of course they weren’t offering the promo. They also didn’t even have a phone line anymore. Only chat and email which I prefer not to use for many reasons. One being the lost in translation piece and two being a vision issue which because of ADA laws I have no obligation to disclose to them. I had a friend email to request a call and explained the issues. I received an email response! Not the requested call. I had the same friend then try to request a call via chat and was told they don’t make calls. The friend explained I did not use email and chat and not that it was their business but I had a disability that made that difficult for me and again asked if they did not have options for people with disabilities per ADA laws. The agent Alyssa then referred to people with disabilities as “they” (of you did this to a group by race or religion people would be livid and disabilities are also protected u see discrimination laws. When I pointed this out Alyssa blamed the Company and took no accountability. All Companies are required to train their employees on discrimination and harassment so now not only is this Company charging for services when they were not authorized to they are also discriminating against those with disabilities.

doesnt last, not worth money

This broke and they have refused to replace it because apparently its only designed to last 2 years. id need 5 at least of these to last my dogs life 🤣 I will be buying something much cheaper or even using an app on my laptop as it does the same job. The treat function fires about 5 treats at a time so you cant use it very often. To use any function other that watching live and bark alerts you have to pay a subscription. It would be helpful to have recordings of bark alerts saved for when you cant look at your phone 24/7. all you know is that your dog barked unless you are monitoring your phone

Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. They charged $143.00 to my credit card. I have a screen shot. They say to contact my bank to dispute. I did. They sent documentation to bank that I received goods, but I didnt. No one will provide me with answers. They are fradulant!

If I could leave less than one star

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I purchased the item and talked extensively with a support agent to set up a return. Have all the receipts indicating that I would get my refund once they got the item. They were reaching out within one day (even on Christmas) and once the item arrived in their possession, they ghosted me. No responses, nothing, emailed repeatedly. Had to dispute it just to get my money back. A bunch of scammers, avoid at all costs, unless you want to potentially be out over $100. Especially during a pandemic, this is pretty nasty business practice. The product also sucks and doesn't work well.

I bought furbo dog camera

I bought furbo dog camera. Best pet related purchase I've made! Furbo sends your phone alerts when your dog is barking or when their are lous noises in your house - i.e. when your CO detector is going off!

Do not buy this

I got this Furbo 14 months ago as a gift . I didn’t know I had to buy a warranty, it was a gift . I signed up for the nannie Furbo which is an additional 6.99 a month.
So the Furbo stopped working, the WiFi would not connect. After literally 6 hours over two days with texting this company for help, I finally wrote them a letter threatening to report them to BBB and the Attny Hen office .
1) There is NO live CS to speak with
2) They KNOW these units don’t operate properly and if you want to buy a refurbished unit with a yearly subscription that is the ONLY way they will help you .
3) this unit does not work with any community WiFi or 5G networks.
I’m DONE dealing with this horrible Co.
and I am filing with the BBB and NY Attny Gen office

Having fun with my dog a lot

I got Furbo Camera on my Christmas’s gift. I love it a lot! Having fun with my dog a lot! He can respond with my sound. I don’t have any problem at all about Delivery because I’m ordered directly with Furbo Company. Looking to buy 1 more on downstairs!

What a HORRIBLE site and service

What a horrible(!!) site, there was a typo in our adress, totaly out mistake. BUT nobody told us the product had been send back to the seller, only after we contactes customer service we found out, also they wont return any of our money. We have never had the product, it cabt be send back to us AND we won't get a refund. WORST site and service i have EVER come across. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Dreadful Customer Service!

Never received the camera which was purchased 4 weeks ago. DPD failed to deliver or inform me that they had the camera so they sent it back to Furbo. When I eventually found out this had happened I attempted to contact the company to seek alternative solution but they did not respond. I am now still waiting for a refund for the camera and am having to chase the company to try and get this resolved. Dreadful customer service so would not recommend!
Can’t comment on the actual product as have never received it.
