I purchased this bed some months ago via Amazon. Delivery was on time and took me an hour and a half to build it by myself referring to the video every step of the way without using power tools.
Communication was made via Amazon, messaging directly with them I found their customer service/support to be impeccable hence my 5* rating.
I look forward to buying from this family run company again in the future.

Not worth, never had satisfied sleep, springs always make sound whenever you try to rotate or change your posture.
Started having back pain.

I recently purchased an Ottoman storage bed and mattress through this company. I had clear communication from the get go and was given precise delivery dates which they actually stuck to. The bed and mattress are of great quality and I wouldn't hesitate buying more beds from them in the near future when I renovate my other bedrooms. Thank you for great customer service.

There was a manufacturing problem with this bed, however Furnitureful dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently supplying the correct part, allowing me to complete the assembly of the bed.
Bottom line, I will certainly use this company again.

Bed came in great condition and was very easy to assemble!
Bed looks amazing, nothing bent or out of place.
Bed came well packaged and well wrapped.
Instructions manual where really clear and easy to use.

Note: if mattress and bed are bought within one purchase, they may be delivered in two seperate couriers because they have two separate warehouses. But this rarely happens as they try to deliver it all at once.

Had a mattress from here a couple of days ago. Staff were very polite when I've spoken to them on the phone and very quick with there emails/texts. I'm very happy with my mattress and they're reasonably priced, very comfortable. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah who was very quick with her responses( even though I probably did her head in) with my emails and texts lol. I will be recommending this company to friends and family. Once again thank you so much

For the price it is an acceptable mattress.

The bed that came was lovely. Although one piece that came was slightly bent (most likely a courier issue). I emailed furnitureful and they responded really quickly saying they would provide a replacement for my bent pole.

5* Star service from furnitureful. Was kept updated regularly regarding my delivery which was very prompt.
The bed co-ordinates with my bedroom very well. The instructions were clear to assemble the bed. Pleased overall at the price paid and how quick i received my delivery.

Feel like I've been robbed.

Bought a mattress for £150. On a budget. I didn't expect it to be the best mattress I've ever bought, but, wow! It's like a slab of concrete covered in a thin cheap layer of foam, which, to the touch, just sinks away to nothing. This only leaves the slab of concrete.

The mattress is advertised as a memory foam/hybrid. Every time I get in touch all they do is relay the nonsense they spout on their website about the product description. Which couldn't be further from the truth.

When I tried to return it the first few times they convinced me to keep it for 60 days. I did. Then found out I have to pay for the return. It cost as much as the mattress. They know what they're doing. I even asked for a replacement. But again I have to pay for the delivery. It's in the fine print of course. Should have known better.

It's so bad even with 2 mattress toppers and even an extra mattress memory foam topper. I started aching all over. Hip, shoulder and generel muscle aches. Wake up every night due to the discomfort. It's going in the bin.

Would not touch their mattresses.

Mattress was appalling quality. Not fit for sale. Springs digging out everywhere!
Refused to take back until 60 days at which point I would have to pay to return. Very angry. Complete waste of money

Never received my order complete scam don’t waste your time, customer services doesn’t even answer. Didn’t even get through to them to get a refund

Terrible quality. My emails bounce back when asked for refund and phone number cuts off when I try to call them.
What do I do?? I spent hundreds in a bed and mattress! 😭
