Scam what a waste of money

Bed was faulty. Unable to contact customer services by phone no reply to emails. AVOID!!

Worst company ever, steal your money & ignore calls when they don’t deliver items & when they do & you want a refund further ignoring, AVOID!!!!

Bought a matteress under their 60 night trial, I honestly don't understand how anyone could find the one we purchased comfy. The springs jabbing you in throughout the night. We contacted them regarding this and they said we have to trial for the full 60 nights for it be returned.

When my partner queried this we got ignored, even with a thick mattress topper its uncomfortable.

No response from customer service but to be honest it seems like there is none.

I can see this review got removed without reason, we purchased a new mattress from a popular online brand and able to get a good night sleep

This company does not trade within consumer law . Sends out faulty goods & not as described then expect the customer to pay the cost to return the faulty goods (illegal) Non existent customer services. The mattress was described as ‘memory foam’ it was mainly springs, with cardboard top and bottom . Once you purchase the goods … you are stuck with them . Misleading promises on their website…. Free returns …. Ha ha !!! Not !!

Bought the wrong sized bed. Have emailed , sent messsge and called , no response , had been 9 days 😩

LOW QUALITY
Don't buy any item from this company. The product description on the website has nothing to do with what you get. And when you try to return the item (in my case a mattress) they say that you have to return the product at your own expense, although on the website it is very clear that the return is free within 30 days. If you paid through PayPal, try to make a claim with PayPal to get your money back.
Avoid this company.

Wrong bed was sent, leather instead fabric, and was difficult to put together.

I purchased a bed frame and mattress from this company and less than six months later the metal frame began to break and physically fall apart. It became quite dangerous and unusable in a very short space of time after first signs of default spotted. After first communicating with the Furnitureful via email over one month ago, I have still not received a replacement, even though this was promised to me in line with the so-called 10-year guarantee. No one answers their phone line - it always goes to voicemail. Even though they claim to have 24 hours customer support - they do not. Poor products. Terrible customer service and incorrect information on the website.

The box was damaged a bit but didn’t bother until the next day after delivery I tried to put the pieces together. Few screws and washers were missing as the plastic pack was open, probably were dropped during the delivery!
Otherwise easy and good, So far no noise or any other problems!

Would give 0 stars if I could… fault with the slats in the bed I purchased meaning the bed isn’t safe to use.

After emailing I eventually got a reply and they said they would contact the manufacturer…. Numerous chase up emails later and they fail to reply to any of them… shocking customer service and zero communication.

Bed arrived and whilst many build yourself furniture has slightly misaligned screws, these were so badly misaligned the bed was off the floor on one side. Have requested refund and collection but after over two weeks I’ve still had only one response which was “post it back to us”. Obviously I cannot do that being it’s a large bed(!?) and their own returns policy states they arrange this. Absolutely appalling quality and service, avoid like the plague!

received the most uncomfortable mattress. ordered from here as said there were free returns within 14 days but this company would absolutely not have this back until 60 nights had passed. come to return and no replies! i feel conned and would never use or recommend

Please please please DO NOT purchase from this company. I purchased a bed frame, which upon constructing, found that none of the screws fit the holes and the actual item was of poor and cheap quality. I called the company for a refund and left numerous voicemails but didn’t get a response. I then sent a number of emails and they finally replied. This started a chain of emails back and forth where they did everything they could not to refund the item. In the end they agreed, but only because I started a merchant dispute with my bank (where they would now investigate the supplier) and I reported the matter to trading standards. It took over a month of daily emails to finally get my refund. I will NEVER use this company again. Their prices are cheap, but so is the quality of their goods and getting a refund from them is like getting blood out of a stone!

Although I had already submitted my order before the10% first purchase pop up showed I am hopeful that I will have this refunded.
It was easy to place the order and the 24-48 hour delivery is excellent
I am looking forward to receiving my sons birthday present in the next couple of days

Do not buy from this 'company'. Wrong bed sent and now telling me it was the right bed. Horrible faux leather one received which is cheaper than the fabric one I ordered. Telling me they don't sell a leather one. Complete lies. I don't even know if it was the right size as I saw it was faux leather without taking out of box and taped it back shut. Have reported to trading standard and my bank. Now trying to return and get refund but can see by other reviews that it will be a long process. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
