I ordered a small double mattress from Furnitureful and was really impressed by the speed of delivery. The mattress was well packaged and now that it's opened it looks and feels very comfortable. This was ordered for a guest bed and I have no doubt my guests will have a good night's sleep when they come next month! 😴

Very good mattress especially considering the price. It certainly exceed my expectations. On top of that, the delivery was very quick and stress free and I got contacted by the Furnitureful team to ensure that I'm happy with my purchase.

Really comfy mattress! It was vacuum sealed and rolled up so didn’t have any problems trying to pivot it up the stairs. Fast delivery and Harry contacted me a few days later to check how everything is. They offered a 60 day trial and full refund but we didn’t need it as it’s just what we wanted.

Website says delivered within 48 hours. The mattress was but we had to wait an extra couple of days for the bed frame which wasn’t too bad as my daughter just slept on mattress on floor. The video for assembly was a great help and the bed was easily put together. No problems at all and a very comfortable bed and price was good. Unhappy they don’t do side lift ottomans now for my other daughter or would have definitely bought again from here

I ordered a double hybrid mattress, the delivery was really quick. Came within 2 days and it was packaged really nicely. I was able to unpack the bed into the bed frame without struggle. The mattress is absolutely perfect for me, it has the right firmness and us super comfortable to sleep in. My boyfriend really loves it too and will be placing an order for it too. I don’t leave reviews often but this one definitely deserves one especially at its price point. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Such an awful service. The reviews are fake and probably bought or maybe made by family members writing fake reviews. The mattress is awful. I wanted to return it, they wouldn't take it back but faked the return with fake images. Wouldn't reply to my emails. I contacted my bank to get my money back. I advise everyone to go via their bank if they want their money returned from this awful of a business and service.

Absolutely amazing!! What fantastic customer service. We had purchased a double bed a while ago and mislaid parts that we needed, I emailed Furnitureful and within 2 hours I had a response (received email after 9 o’clock at night), by the following day we had received the news that they would send the parts out at no charge, I offered to pay for these as it was not Furniturefuls mistake, the communication, professionalism and response time is the best I have ever received from a customer service team. Please do not hesitate to buy from this company, great quality, great prices and the best customer service you will ever receive. Congratulations Furnitureful you have been a pleasure 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I bought a bed that was not as advertised when received. I have tried to return it as it’s states hassle free returns and they will collect. They want me to return the bed even though it is not my fault it’s not as advertised. I would not recommend using this company. I now have to wait to do a charge back through my bank.

Mattress are fine in this budget amount for temporary time, not recommended for long term investment.. over all service is also good.

I ordered a double spring hybrid memory foam mattress from Furnitureful. it was delivered within 48 hours as promised. It was a brilliant price and is super comfy. I have fibromyalgia and chronic back pain so I was very sceptical about buying such a cheap mattress but it's honestly great. After only a week of settling I managed to have a proper restful sleep for the first time in a long while for the small price of £119. Free delivery, brilliant service, can't fault them x

Ordered on Thursday around 4PM. Received my Bed and mattress the next day. Fast Delivery and Value for Money. The Bed was easy to assemble, and the mattress is perfect for my needs. They have both transformed my room completely. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I received an ottoman bed base that looked second hand, it certainly looked as though it had been put together before, I e-mailed Furnitureful with my concerns but they didn't have the common courtesy to reply! ( Yes ,I did check my junk mails) I would not recommend this company due to the fact that the customer service is non existent.The reason I bought from them was that they were recommended on Amazon with a four star rating. I wouldn't buy from them again. I have given two stars as the instructional video on how to put the bed together was very good, otherwise they would have got one star.
