Great modern lights.

We have already bought 2 sets of light from here for our lounge, so when we were looking for another table lamp we went straight to this site. The lamp we bought is lovely, very modern and fits in well with the other lights. Great quality.

Chair and Pouffe Purchase

We bought a vintage looking chair and pouffe on a Friday and it arrived six days later on the Thursday. They arrived separately at different times of the day but nevertheless came the same day. Excellent customer service from Evgenia and easy tracking. As an older customer I would have preferred to talk to someone rather than email. Also the box with the chair in it was badly damaged so maybe stronger packaging. All in all excellent!!

Antracite Barron Stools

I ordered one of their Antracite Barron leather stools a couple of months ago. It arrived about 3wks after the order. I really liked it and i ordered 5 more. They appearee tobe out of stock and told me it would be end of december before i git this order. Obviously it being xmas and my new kitchen i needed these stools. So i cancelled. Evgenia got straight on the case and sourced my 5 stools, and they arrived within 2 wks. They are gorgeous. And thanks to Evgenia being on the ball, im a happy customer.

Fantastic Industrial style lamps

Order Never Received.

Ordered 2 weeks ago with a 24 hour despatch items. There has been no correspondence or items received. You cant even speak to anyone! My first and last time shopping with this company.

Update: I see they never responded about not sending goods paid for as advertised on their website!

Useless level of service

Useless! Ordered a coffee table (£180) on 1st september. Almost 2 months later and exactly 14 emails later, still no product. After email 10 I asked for a full refund and to cancel the product. Radio silence. Absolutely useless company who have no clue about customer service. Have since had to escalate the matter further to obtain full refund

poor quality and customer service

I bought 3 kitchen stools (over £400) which looked beautiful but all broke in exactly the same place in less than a year. Initially I was offered 5% to place against another order, then 7.5%, then 35% but finally after many emails ( as there is no phone number to call), I agreed to accept 40% to get them repaired. This was not ideal but I was so fed up arguing about it. They have broken again but I have learnt my lesson buying from the internet! Steer clear is my advice.

Brilliant Barrel Bar Stools

Brilliant Barrel Bar Stools

After some hesitation I bought 3 Barrel Bar Stools in olive green. I’m so glad I did. Initially I was concerned about relying on pictures and using a company I knew nothing about. But your descriptions and photos, plus your clear advice on measuring etc convinced me to have faith and go for them. They are a perfect match in the kitchen and so comfortable. I’m no spring chicken and thought I may have trouble getting on and off as I’m used to traditional height chairs. I needn’t have worried. The design of the seat with its curves makes it simple. They are stylish, sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. The cat loves them, too. They were delivered in days, perfectly packaged and easy to assemble.
I have no hesitation in recommending your company and its customer service. Jan G
