I have tried several propfirms and find futureselite very responsive and cost-effective. Their products suite novice and experienced traders alike.

I went into FuturesElite mainly because of the customization options – you can tweak a lot in the challenge (drawdown type, rules, etc.), and that flexibility helped me pass two evaluations reasonably quickly and get two funded accounts.

The trading conditions are decent when everything runs smoothly, and the platform ATAS has some nice features for futures traders.

Support is responsive – they usually reply within 1 hour, and once I followed up on my payout, it did eventually arrive in Rise (after some back-and-forth and a questionnaire step that was to be completed my side).

No denial or major drama on the payout side, which is more than some other firms can say.

The auto-liquidation feature didn't work as expected in a couple of sessions, but I adapted by closing manually early and it hasn't been a problem since.

Overall, if you're disciplined with your own risk management and don't rely on every system promise, it's a workable firm.

Happy with the payout coming through and the customization that got me funded.

Would recommend to traders who like control over their challenge setup and are okay handling EOD closes themselves.

Unseen rules for payouts.
They will let you spend thousands of dollars to buy and blow your accounts. But they when time for payout they will find ways to deny or pay only 30% of the requested amount even though the trading strategy is same as blown accounts. There are lot of other multiple prop firms on less or similar price range with out any payout denials.

Good firm.
The payout caps are the only "bad thing", but it's understandable.
The support is amazing. Very fast to answer every question and help with what you need.

The representative is very helpful. Rodri helped me solve problems very soon. The service is very good.

My WARNING to those who wish take service from this company I'm warning to you is don't or do it at your own risk not only they will scam out of your hard earned money when come on trust pilot to vent about it then they will start harassing you making legal threat against you if you don't removed your review displaying your personal in a threatening manner.they email me a bunch of time I never respond that's when the threat starts coming in when I finally snap and gave them a peace of mind more threat and email is still coming in. I'm going to file a formal complaint with trust pilot against them because there have to be a way for people to feel safe after they posted a bad review about their experience with company.

the website is kinda glitchy there is a slight error but it was quickly fixed thanks to the customer service's fast service

Exceptional customer service and clear trading rules.
The team have assisted me twice now with issues (caused by myself), both times they were resolved super promptly and in a really friendly manner.
The trading rules are straightforward and the layout of the dashboard and analytics page are clean and easy read. Overall a great prop firm - keep it up guys :)

I've had great experience so far, there was a slight delay with a payout due to needing extra information but this got resolved promptly with support, they have every intention to help the trader, overall experience is excellent
