I’m really impressed with the support team at Futures Elite. No matter when I had a question or needed help, the team was always quick to respond. Their response times are impressively fast, and you can tell right away that the staff really takes the time to understand the issue and find the right solution.

The ninja trader platform was frozen for like 20 mins after I enter my trade right at the asian market open. Filled me with a bad position and after I reached out to support, they reimburse me for that trade. !

Customer service with Jay was friendly and competent; he quickly helped me with my problems.

The support team are very prompt to responding to inquiry. My experience with Saqii yielded quick immediate response to resolving my challenge. I appreciate futureElite team for their effective structure.

Support was very fast. I passed 5 evals and was eager to get the funded accounts after waiting 24 hours. I opened up a chat and Musafir was able to review my account and upgrade to sim-funded within minutes. Very impressed with the response time but more importantly the "eager to help" attitude.

Decided to try out this firm because there was a 30% discount plus when you buy 4 evals, the 5th account is free. The checkout process was simple.

I paid, got a credit card notification, and waited for the eval accounts to become active. The longest it took an other prop firm to activate the eval was 10 mins, so after 10 mins without any changes, I opened a chat with their AI, selected the applicable options, and was chatting with an agent within 10 mins (on a Sunday). He said they needed to escalate the issue to the team to investigate.

The accounts were finally active and I received the login credentials exactly 9 hours after I purchased and was charged for them.

Support followed up and provided additional information regarding the issue that was outside of their control. Support responded via email in less than 30 mins each time.

Great prop firm overall. The platform and rules are clear and the trading experience has been solid. What stood out most was the customer service — whenever I had questions, the support team responded very quickly and was helpful throughout the process. Definitely a good experience so far.

Even though I’m a phone person the team was very helpful to get everything taken care of I can tell very pleasant even through messages very helpful very responsive and fast I appreciate the communication they just need a phone lol but very good service

They don't have stats showing your scalping violations on their dashboard. Beware! You have to manually track them. Every other prop firm that has a scalping rule in place has that stat shown right on their dashboard to keep the trader aware of where they stand. Until that feature is added to their dashboard, I am out of here.

Pricing and product offering is great, but I scalp and not having that statistics on their dashboard is a lot of manual work for me to keep track of. If you only take few trades a day, you are ok but not for me.

I am talking about scalping under 10s and 1 point which is disabled. No way to track how many trades or how much profit you have accumulated from it.
