Scam stay away

These guys just give you false promises and lies after lies. They have now run off with over $10,000 of my money and have blocked me completely. This whole company is a scam.

STAY AWAY!! Worst marketing

Used Jason & Tammy for marketing for our business.
Was promised so many things & even had a contract written.
Paid for 2months upfront and almost NOTHING was done.
We received an additional 3weeks for them to try complete the things listed on the contract and now Jason and Tammy won't answer their phones.

One of the worst marketing companies we've been with.
Happy to take our money with nothing to show.

Stay far away from futuret3ch.

Jason has nothing but excuses and his partner Tammy has no idea what she's saying to doing, just handballs everything to him.
Jason is impossible to get in contact with yet promises the world.

STAY AWAY!!!

This review is based on my personal…

This review is based on my personal experience, interactions and dealings with this company and its employees and may or may not be similar to your
experience. I reached out to Jason from Futuret3ch to build a website for me to sell clothing. I paid for this upfront. During the first few weeks I was upsold on a better product to which I agreed too and paid the difference. A period of time went by, and I asked for an update. I was sent what looked like a generic website platform which had no personalization of my company details. After receiving this, I began to have doubts as to whether this company was the right fit for my needs. After some quick deliberation I decided to cancel my order and asked for a percentage of refund, understanding that there may have been some costs to date. Not long after sending the termination of services email, I received overwhelming communication from Futuret3ch. I responded to the first phone call, however by the end of the day, I had received a further 15 phone calls which I declined to engage as I was explicit in my intent both written and verbal to cancel their services. I was sent Futuret3ch's refund policy which stated it could take up to 60 days. I reached out on a number of occasions asking when I might see a refund. I did not receive, nor did I get the feeling that one was on the way, and I was extremely upset and confused, so I wrote an emotional review based on how I felt I had been treated at the time. I was quickly contacted by Futuret3ch instructing that they "will be coming after me with their lawyer team, which is one of the best in Melbourne which they pay very well for" and indicated I should "lawyer up". I was also informed, to my complete surprise, that they record every phone interaction, not that I felt I had anything to hide. I was intimidated by their response, so I took the review down and was content to leave it at that and write off my lost money of almost two thousand dollars, however I still feel I needed to at least tell my story as a concerned consumer. Eventually, after everything had played out, I was contacted by Jason wanting my bank details so he could "try and get it addressed asap" however TBH at this stage of my dealings with this company, I simply had zero trust left and the furthest thought in my mind was to provide any personal bank account details to them.
