Would give no stars if it was an option. Total scam " company". They took my money, I never received anything. Emailed several times, but fobbed off. Wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered. Seriously, do NOT order from these scam merchants, unless you just want to loose your money. Shocking.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The website doesn’t tell you that the products come from China and then you are charged £5 import tax.
If you want to return they say you have to send back to China and therefore not cost effective. They offered me £3 compensation and the shoes are rubbish.

I have been robbed! They don’t accept refund whatsoever ever! Shame on you! I wish I had read these feedbacks before.

They sent 6.5 emailed about a return for correct size after 3 or 4 emails they said since there not faulty u can't return them what a joke this company is stay away from them you have been warned dosnt say on return policy that if there 2 big you cant return them this company should be shut down dont care about customers

I ordered the size that should have been right from their measurements but when they came they were too big and slipped up and down. I sent an email asking to either refund or replace and they sent one back asking what size they were. There was actually no size on the slippers just on the bag they came in and apparently as that was the size I ordered they weren't prepared to do anything. I've never known this before with anything I've ordered online so I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. Such a shame as I did like the slippers!!!

Will never order from here again. Ordered my proper size of slippers but when received them far too big! I’ve lost count how many emails I’ve sent asking to return them for smaller size after several emails from them saying the same thing over and over, I got one saying I ordered proper size and because there no damage to them I can’t return! Shocking!!! DO NOT ORDER NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!!

Disgusted! Ordered size 39 as suggested on their measuring guide. Loved the boots on arrival but miles too big, Emailed immediately and asked for return instruction, they needed photo of product first, sent it, reply-I'd got what I'd ordered. After severl emails stating all I wanted to do was return the 39s for 38s. No joy ,I'd got what I'd ordered ,there return policy is absolute rubbish, never deal with this comany again,

As a great number of the people who ordered, I received mine in the right colour.
But I received a size 42(8) when I ordered a 40(7) way to big.
Like others I like the shoes but they are like flip flops and unwearable and not fit for purpose.
Several emails back and forward, no joy 😡. Just kept asking me for my understanding. No I do not understand.
Obviously Fuzzykid do not have any customer service 😡😡

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. I ordered a size 6 but when they came they were like boats, I couldn't keep them on my feet. Same problems as others, won't exchange even though I'm willing to pay for the return, appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling size arrived but were too small all I wanted was an exchange I was prepared to pay return postage but no as far as they are concerned not there problem not willing to help keep telling me my mistake and to read there returns policy which I have that states I have the right to return within 14 days but they still wont honour this
DONT USE THEM IF YOU GET A PROBLEM AS FAR AS THEY ARE CONCERNED ITS TOUGH LUCK

Only given 1 star as there wasn't one for zero. Ordered some trainers December 2020 and still haven't received them. I very much doubt that they will come. Emailed them on various occasions and got the same email back. They also told me they're opening times and I contacted them at 2.14pm GMT which is middle of the day for them. If anyone has any sense they will not buy from this company they are a bunch of thieves. I don't know about fuzzykid they should name themselves conning kids. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

I ordered a size 40 slipper in grey, as a christmas present for my wife, they sent a size 42 in beige.

I've sent numerous emails, and had nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse.

They started by saying that i'd ordered the wrong size, but when I proved that I ordered a 40 they then started telling me that they sent a 40, despite me proving with the tag on the slipper showing a 42.

The next excuse was to tell me that a 40 and 42 is the actually same size.

Over a two week period, I've had nothing but lies and lame excuses.
In an attempt to speed up a return, I contacted them through thier facebook page, but now they've blocked me.
I guess they just don't care, they'll steal peoples money, and more than likely close down, open up as something else and start all over again.

Be warned, if they get your order wrong, it will undoubtedly be your fault.

Time to take this up with the bank and perform a chargeback I think.

And one other thing. Don't get taken in by the half a dozen good reviews, look closely and see that most of them originate in the Philipines. Also also note that the people leaving those reviews all seem to purchase from the same shops. Too much of a coincidence and I believe them to be fake.

Trust Pilot, please take a closer look.

I gave this company one star as there was no option for zero!!!! What an atrocious shambolic company and I absolutely implore that everyone avoids them like the plague!!
Items ordered were about 3 sizes bigger than expected when they arrived - yes the correct sizes were ordered but the company sizing is way way larger than regular!
Although the returns policy clearly states that returns can be made and refunded, the company were so unhelpful and sent out very cold emails, basically saying ‘We sent you the correct size so tough’
This company needs all the negative feedback it can get so it ceases trading.
Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a pair of slippers mid december. Eventually arrived. Wrong size, wrong colour. They refuse to even let me exchange, let alone refund for the item. Repeatedly replying to my emails, asking for a return address, saying 'we sent correct item, so no return'. This company is shambolic. Please do not order anything from them. Crooks.

I ordered a pair of slippers from these at the beginning of December after several emails I’m still no better off they sent me a tracking number but didn’t say what company was delivering them,then they sent me a link to click on so I could track them but still not got my slippers whenever I email them they keep saying your order will be with you soon don’t worry I’m still waitin 6-7 weeks later.

Recieved my black casual boots basically more a hard bottom slippers I would say fair standard took a while to receive I ordered a size 36 my size but come up way too big for me, I emailed straight away explaining problem and recieved reply saying cannot return or exchange as they sent what asked for, not a way to run a business. Would not recommend at all

Do not order from this company! They are web based, and if the item does not fit they will NOT accept returns and give replacements. I ordered a pair of shoe/slippers in a UK size 6 they sent me a pair in a plastic bag stating a size 40 however, they are massive! My husband who takes a size UK 7 - 8 tried them and they fit him! After numerous emails from me they still will not swap them. Complete waste of money in these difficult times. Be cautious.

Don’t order from this con company they send you wrong item and say it’s your fault and they do nothing about it
You may get lucky and receive your perfect item but there’s more customers out there that’s be conned by this Scam company they send you 1 standard email saying they can’t do anything to help that’s it
Please don’t buy from them they are scum

I can not stress enough. DO NOT PURCHASE they are not true to there return policy they do not amend the right size, they do not return, exchange , refund. Sizing is not true to sizing chart. I have sent loads of emails but just get stupid ones back, they should not be allowed to trade and I don’t know why they are.
Please take note of all these reviews and don’t be conned by them. DO NOT ORDER.
