Please do not order from here there an absolute joke, I spend $40 on two pairs of shows. Waited ages to get them to then discover there massive not true to size am size 8 in every other shoe. These were massive I was so disappointed. I loved the look of the shoes aswell so I got in contact with the customer service team and I explained they were massive all I was wanting was to return them for size down or get my 40 pound back. To which they replied that they don't do refunds or take back the shoes unless there is a problem with the product for etc like ribbed or something like that. Now I think that's absolute Bs waste of my money. Its supper disappointing as I did actually really like shoes and only wanted smaller size.

First of all sent me the wrong size, have sent several emails, get no response whatsoever, dont buy from these people shop somewhere else would not recomend.

this company is an absolute joke!! Ordered the size and they came and are massive I’d say 2x bigger than your actual size , I asked to return to get a smaller size went through the process of sending videos and picture to prove the shoes were still in same packaging etc then to be told I’m not getting an exchange and no other reason given! You also can’t send items back as they withhold the return address! I ordered two pairs and only one pair came! I’m reporting to trading standards!!

Terrible experience wrong size shoes sent couldn’t get any satisfaction from seller regarding this issue after many messages sent they offered me $3 compensation which I turned down.i have resorted to go to PayPal who have intervened in the situation and resolved it satisfactory

I had to give 1 star to write a review otherwise I would give no stars. Ordered 2 pairs of slippers in 2 sizes for myself and my daughter when they came they was too big massive in fact. Contacted them they wanted proof they was too big then said as we ordered our size and they delivered that size we won't give a refund or exchange. Now we've got slippers we can't wear. Please stay away

So in November ordered 3 pairs of slippers for Xmas presents 2 grey size 7 uk size and a black size 5. Onlt just received my order 8th jan 2021 took nearly 2 months and sent wrong sizes for all. Got grey size 10, grey size 6 and pink size 10 so are completely useless now as can't give them to anyone. Just know refund request will be useless. Will never use this site again.

I ordered a pair of slippers through a Facebook add. I don't remember seeing anything about the price of postage and packaging until it was too late and I had completed the order. I thought, my bad, I must of missed it. I wouldn't of ordered if I'd known it would be so much, anyway......
a few weeks later the slippers arrived, in pink. I hate pink so thought I had either made a mistake with the colour or been sent the wrong ones. There was no invoice in the envelope, I couldn't remember where I had purchased them from and I couldn't find a transaction on my PayPal for them or a confirmation email.
Another add popped up on my Facebook page and I recognised it so I direct messaged them, I asked what colour I had ordered to which I had a blunt reply... "5.5 beige". Ah right, it wasn't my mistake then. So I told them I had received the wrong colour... "So you want beige?". No thanks, I would like a refund. Silence. Message viewed but not replied to some days later. So I comment on a Facebook post asking if someone could let me know how to go about returning a pair or slippers as had the wrong colour. My message was deleted. I am now blocked from their Facebook page and can no longer DM them.
I have contacted PayPal and awaiting a response. Be careful, I wouldn't be surprised if the postage charge wasn't mentioned on the website when placing an order. I am very sure I have never received a confirmation email and definitely not had an invoice. (I've checked my other folder, my spam folder, everywhere I can think of!) and the transaction will come under 'WACURRENT LTD' which when I've searched I can see lots of people having similar experiences to mine.

Amendment, what I thought was postage seems to be VAT added.

Lovely but a little big, wonderful customer service, they exchange it for free. Very Nice

Ordered size 5 pink got brown size 6 and they are faulty plus they charged me double the price. They refuse to rectify .

My husband ordered me a pair of uk size 6 (39) slippers from this company for xmas, when I opened present they were actually size 8 (41). Although we sent picture to prove size received they are adamant there is nothing wrong with item & refuse to exchange or resolve matter. Appalling company ethics, recommend not to use!

DO NOT deal with this company.I should have read reviews before ordering.I ordered Beige shoes size 5 and received Pink shoes in size 7 !!! Tried politely to ask what happened,via email,but only got back a tracking reference on first 2 replies.Finally lost the plot when they eventually asked for videos or images to prove THEIR mistake.Decided to bin the crap they sent and purchase something decent from a BRITISH supplier

BEWARE!!!! Found this company on line through facebook ads...checked size guide before ordering. Which advised me to order a size 4 (measured my feet - 9inches) I always order a 4 in shoes. They arrived...the packaging stated they were a 36 which is in fact a size! But when trying them on they were at least one size too big!!! Contacted the company to find out how to return them for a refund only to be told that as they sent the correct size I ordered....(NOT) they would not refund. This sort of customer service is disgusting. They are scammers who's size charts are clearly incorrect and despite never having worn them (only to try them on, on carpet) will not refund -
