Do NOT go anywhere near this company !! You have been warned !!

Please anybody thinking about going with these people DON'T! I'm ashamed to say I fell for their little trick of having a polite enough person call me and welcome me to FXCT. That person then showed me how easy it was to make money by adding £25 to my account straight away which he'd "made" from a very simple trade. By this stage I'd deposited £190 into an online acct which my new friend said I could either let them trade with or have play myself. I chose the latter and made some small investments in Crypto coins and Silver. This was when I started to get bombarded 20 times a day from the Bulgarian contact centre saying I needed to add money to my account, which I knew was untrue as I'd only traded 30% of my equity and my trades were doing well. I then had a vile call from one male who, when I refused to add anymore money, got irate so I put the phone down on him. He then called straight back telling me what he was sexually going to do to my wife and children ! now regardless of anything else a company that employs these sort of people can not be genuine! As my trades were continuing to do well but try as I might I couldn't withdraw any money by this stage I knew I'd been done for my £190. I've been an idiot but these people are just vile ..... I am writing this now as I closed my final trade in Silver having made £776 profit but as soon as the trade was complete guess what .....they put a freeze on my account and when you try and sign in it says it no longer recognises your password. I'm going to report these people to the highest authority I can but please ignore all the positive comments as they evidently have a team in Bulgaria adding them on

They are thieves and scammers

They are thieves and scammers who are capable to make love with their own daughters/brothers in order to make money. I've asked them to pay my €250 back for two months. They don't do it.

They are scammers.

So this is a new one

So this is a new one. Trader "Robert" called me up asking me if I was ready to invest. I politely told him I have another meeting with a company on Monday and would make my decision then. I also asked IF I decided to go with the other company would it be easy to close my account. This enraged him and by the end of the phone call I was labelled the following;

R****d
Greedy
Need to get laid
Can't afford a McDonalds?
Loser

I will be reporting this company and unless your willing to give a stranger in Cyprus a minimum of £11,000 avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

Nothing here is genuine

Nothing here is genuine. Requests to withdraw funds are met is delay and excuses. All they want you to do is invest more money. They are unprofessional and the chance of getting your money back is zero. My Account is 210722880140 so they can't say they don't know who I am or that I've never been part of their system. As for the so called "automated system" - it doesn't exist. Update on 21st October 2021. They have stopped answering my emails and cut off my account. I can no longer log on to access my account.

IT'S A SCAM - DON'T FALL FOR IT

This is a SCAM. Unfortunately I only realised after depositing $250 which I'm resigned to never getting back. Same experience as all the other negatives reviews - sign up, make a deposit, get several calls from so called 'brokers' who tell you to deposit more ££'s. There is no sophisticated trading platform that will make you rich. You can't get hold of anyone and you can't get your money returned. Also get loads of emails asking for ID docs. Whatever you do - don't send them as then they'll have your identity as well as you money! I'm sure I'll get their standard response to this post. Anyone reading this and aren't sure - try calling the number they provide....
Update - also be careful of some the reviews that reference recovery agencies - some of these 'businesses' are dodgy too! Sadly we live in a world where you can trust no-one. Do your research and if you have one shred of doubt - walk away.

Dont fall for this one

This is a very sophisticated fraud and they are now also marked with UK banks' fraud depts. Lead-in is from a dubious TV video with Holly Willoughby showing her immediate trading gains . Minimum deposit $250.They call you within seconds when they think you have paid, and immediately try and jack up the original payment to thousands of pounds of your hard-earned cash
My bank rejected the deposit, yet it still showed as a credit on their spurious trading graphs when you log in? They also send emails for you to increase the deposit due to alleged trading losses
All phone numbers on their impressive website are false ...as are their emails. The company is set up in Bulgaria, and I think their conmen operate from Cyprus
They will take your money and fold up .. there is no regulatory control or audit and I am fairly sure they write their own positive Trust Pilot reviews via third parties.
I am not sure, but it looks like they have only been trading from March/April 2021 ..( Check out the date they signed up for Trust Pilot)

09/09/2021 The same 'stock reply' from the offenders ...l....our 'CID' have no jurisdiction in Bulgaria or Cyprus ? .. the whole thing is run on an algorhythm of some sort which has been set up just to take money from the unsuspecting ie "the basis of a good fraud is that honest people do not suspect"

Check out very poor use of the English language in the 'excellent responses' from apparently GB residents ?

14/09/2021 This is the emailed response from one of their so-called 'investment advisers' when he was told it was a total scam...

"Hey ****- face you better watch your mouth"

I found Litclaim litigation through a review on google and I filed a complaint via their site, even though they were able to pressure fxctinvestments for a refund of my capital and accumulated profit, I still wouldn't advice anyone to use fxctinvestments simply because they are a scam broker. If you're not careful, your account will be empty like they did mine, watch out especially for Don and Harris.

Genuine review

Hi everyone, My name is Tony.
I am no expert in todays technology, Just a family man trying to make a living and a bit of extra cash, ups I lied, I ACTUALY WANT TO BE A MILIONARE.
and I wish was so i can have all the nice things in life and roll over and dye, or in my case i do actually have a heart and would donate to people who need it most but those c.................ts.
Please read those reviews carefully, what do they say to you.
alarm bells every ware!
They all look very similar and in my opinion are bought reviews. (sponsored by our money)
So after reading the bad reviews I decided to investigate 3 minutes further to read through more reviews.
It was not long till i got a phone call from a specialist trained salesperson who is extremely interested to make me a millionaire ?????,
By the way I was born in another country and lived in UK for 22 years.
The salesperson had this accent and I asked where he is from, he replies from turkey, another one on the phone from cypros just now that insists i should activate my account.
I told him i won the lottery and he still insist i should activate the account,
People it is written all over the place the depth of scam that goes on those companies.
So finally i have decided instead of investing my hard earned cash, I will spent my time investigating those scams on your behalf and putting them out there for you to read and you make your oun choice people.
Also wonder what interest has Touker Suleyman in this company other then telling people on tv that you can can earn a loot of money from companies like those! also on the web it states that he has aces to information that people like us will never know.
Bloody hell, I am not good at maths but just thinking if he ouns this company.
O well I guess other people will never know.
I know this much- you get nothing for free in this world and if you don't invest or risk in this life you don't get any ware, however those rules apply to the people on top not the little fish that gets eaten before they get a change to on the plate.
So i think trust pilot need to do more work of their own to fish out scammers!
good luck people and you don't have to subscribe any ware to like my views just share your thoughts and don't be a victim.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I will make a bot that constantly updates this hourly until this company is disolved. I have a recorded conversation with the agent and can upload this as well for you to hear it. If you read between the lines of every other single positive broken record sounding comment with good reviews you will see that the praise for this scammy website has never sounded so good. And when it sounds to good to be true...it usually is! If you recieve a call from this company and have patience pick apart their company eventually they fold and curse at you and hang up. to all the people unsure about this company rest your mind easy and hang up the phone.

This is a fraud company

This is a fraud company. They called me of using crypto genius software and minimum investment is on 250 Euro. But when I made investment they start demanding of $10000. There is no software but only broker is doing trade on your behalf. When I demand for refund they refuse and demand to invest further. This is scam company beware of them.

SCAM ALERT!!

I foolishly was snared into an article in a so called "business" website that referenced that Lord Sugar has used this company and he highly recommended it. I filled out the advert for more info which just so happened to be next to the editorial piece. This website is no longer available...FIRST RED FLAG 🚩.

Within seconds my mobile rang and I answered to a chap called Ben who tried the hard sell so I told him I need to do more research first but he wouldn't listen to me. I asked him not to call me and I will call him back and he still persisted so I hung up... SECOND RED FLAG 🚩.

All day long my mobile rang from various UK registered mobile numbers so I ignored them. 13 times in total this company tried to call me till 9pm... THIRD RED FLAG 🚩

I thought why are they so persistent to get me so being the curious person I am I started to dig and that is where I was amazed at the professionalism of this SCAM...

Here are the bullet points of my 2 hour deep dive into the so called company FXCT Investment.

🚩They use Tesco mobile numbers to make outgoing calls, some are disconnected as soon as the call finishes so you cannot return the call. However, the last 2 calls I got from them I rang back and after 2 rings on came a recorded message "welcome to Tesco mobile..." 🚩

🚩They are NOT REGULATED in any country and no record anywhere in Companies House in the UK. 🚩

🚩Based in Unregulated BULGARIA with no way of getting your money back 🚩🚩🚩

🚩The actual trader is ALICE TRADING CENTRAL which is based in a lovely detached bungalow in the suburbs of London, not exactly the financial district of Canary Wharf is it? 🚩

🚩All the main review websites are full of excellent reviews that help to reassure people that this is a genuine trusted company. But look closer at who actually posts these reviews, you will find that they have only contributed 1,2 or 3 reviews in their life but only started posting a few weeks back!! Strange? 🚩🚩

🚩This is the clever part of the scam... When someone posts an honest NEGATIVE review that tries to WARN people against this scamming FXCT then suddenly the review website is bombarded with excellent reviews from "customers" that results in the negative review being pushed down the listings and doesn't affect the star rating. I would love to chat to these "genuine customers" 🚩

🚩The website is very professional and you can tell that serious time went into its development. All I had to do was reverse search the photos used and you will find the same images used in hundreds of websites all over the world. Stock photos! 🚩

Please don't take my word for it spend an hour or so researching, just Google "FXCT Investment bad reviews". Don't read the excellent reviews but go straight to the negative ones and see for yourself how afterwards it's suddenly full of excellent reviews.

I'm rather switched on but for a brief moment of my guard being down I got sucked in and if it wasn't for the hard sell I would not have started my research wondering why they are so persistent.

As predicted I got a call this morning from a UK mobile number. I answered and low behold it was FXCT, I asked where they are based and he said "Bulgaria". I confronted him with all my research and he just laughed and said "F*** You".. I said I had reported them and he said "yeah, hell will freeze over first" then laughed and hung up on me. In a strange way I admire their tenacity.

Please don't get SCAMMED. I have forwarded my research to the FCA and to Fraud Action in the UK.

I deposited my £250 and I was then…

I deposited my £250 and I was then supposed to have a call to help invest it in Bitcoin. The call came and the guy was laughing at me saying the minimum he would work with is £10000 and that £250 is what he would spend on a meal out. I asked for my account to be closed and he left the conversation, Same again the next day someone else saying the minimum would be £2500 and was badgering me to find out how long it would take to get that, I said I wanted to cancel it and he laughed at me and then put the phone down. I have written twice to them without reply and I keep getting requests for photo's of my passport, a copy of a utility bill with full name and address and a picture of the front and back of my credit card. This sounds more like not only we will keep your money but also we will take your identity.

Awful

Awful. I gave them £250, someone was supposed to call me back to discuss the best options. Their setting-up email address gets returned as 'not known'. Their 'Support' email did work, I related the problem to them, but they have not responded. Is this yet another scam company?
