I’ve been using this broker for more…

I’ve been using this broker for more then 7 years, but it has came to my attention that its service to clients has downgraded badly in a ways I’ve never seen before. Withdrawals have issues and you cannot even get help from anyone not even the support team. If you ask too many questions they block you so you don’t have to annoy them, they will tell you agent are very busy at times, or theres maintenance that’s why you can’t withdraw funds. It’s easy to deposit but once you do your money and profit is stucked with only 2 methods of withdrawals that would not even support your state

FXTM always want to steal money of customers.

I have a trading contract with FXTM, for a very long time.
FXTM and FXTM's payment partner have a payment/deposit service contract.
Deposit processing is too slow, causing me losses.
Note: FXTM has been delayed in processing my transfer/deposit on at least 5 previous occasions.

The correct way to resolve this issue is: FXTM compensates the client, then charges the FXTM payment partner. But FXTM does not compensate me. FXTM says it is the payment partner's fault and FXTM is not responsible, as stated in FXTM's terms & conditions.

This is similar to when an airline has an accident, causing damage to people and property, but the airline refuses to compensate the victim/family of the victim on the grounds that the plane crash/failure is the fault of the airline's partner - the aircraft manufacturer, not the airline. And they have also declared a disclaimer of compensation in this case, as stated in the Terms & Conditions sent to you (hidden information, very difficult to find and read).

So would you buy or continue to use the services/products of an airline/company that provides poor quality products, and then refuse to compensate when it has caused damage to customers?

I was a customer of FXTM for more than 10 years, having more than 2 trading accounts on their platform, so they can not say my KYC process remains incomplete. I provided/submitted full Personal Information for their Identification process. They may have been acceptable in the distant past, but are unacceptable today.

They have deleted the data in 2 accounts which I have filed a complaint with them. However, I have kept it in time as evidence. I am asking law enforcement agencies to intervene, to force them to compensate me.

FXTM is a company that is not transparent, dishonest, and willing to lie to cover up their fraudulent behavior. You will only lose money, lose time, continue to lose money, lose time, and effort as a client of FXTM. You can try it if you want, it's up to you.

If we cannot trust the reviews on TrustPilot, that makes it a sham website as well.
I wrote a negative review here in 2022 about fxtm when they refused to pay me my money. Up till now, they didn't pay me that money, but my review have been taken offline.
That means TrustPilot have taken bribe from fxtm.

FXTM Has Lost Its Credibility – Beware of Recent Changes

I have been trading with FXTM for a long time, but their recent policies have made the platform increasingly unfavorable for traders. FXTM was once a reliable broker, but now, it seems more focused on extracting money from traders rather than providing a fair trading environment. Here are some serious concerns:

1. Unjustified Increase in Spreads & Commissions:
FXTM has significantly widened spreads, even on ECN accounts, making it harder to profit.

Commission rates have been increased unfairly without prior notice, reducing traders’ overall profitability.

Slippage has become more frequent, often causing unexpected losses during executions.

2. Cutting the Strategy Managers' Copy System:
FXTM abruptly discontinued the FXTM Invest (Copy Trading) System, which was beneficial for both strategy managers and investors.

This change has negatively impacted traders who relied on professional managers for better returns.

There was no clear explanation or alternative provided, leaving investors stranded.

Scam do not use FXTM

The app is terrible to use, constantly logs you out even when you’re using it and have open trades. They close trades before they hit stop loss, which looks like a scam platform to me. Would not recommend!

I learn a lot from each trainer it was very insightful and knowledgeable especially for me because it's my first time wanting to try the Forex Market What It Means to Trade: By Matthews
Trading, especially in forex, involves buying and selling currency pairs with the goal of making a profit. The trainer likely covered market participants (retail traders, institutions, central banks), trading platforms, and order types (market, limit, stop orders).

Feedback: A good explanation was highlighted on the risks involved, the importance of strategy, and how liquidity and volatility affect trades.

2. Core Value – Why Trade with Us: With Pius
This part was probably about why you should trade with FXTM broker, and the core value to look out for when choosing a broker to trade with.
Mentorship program. which also included their spreads, leverage, execution speed, regulatory compliance, and educational resources.

3. What Is Fundamental Analysis Trade: Lukman
