Buyer Beware!!!!!! FYdude with its very effective and deceptive online website fraudulently advertised and pictured a mens shirt with black buttons and a cotton - linen fabric , and delivered a shirt with white buttons and labeled 100% polyester.
Their advertised paid return service was refused with a denial of the fabric falsification and an apology for the button change.They offered a 30% refund with a hope I would enjoy wearing the shirt.
PayPal accepted the case and after four months of intervention, the money was returned to my account.
Fydude did not pay my cost of mailing the offensive shirt back to China!
Apparently we cannot stop an international company from doing business online. I regret there is apparently no way to protect we who have a determination for accountability from being deceived by this company!

This company is so bad. The quality of the items are very cheap and the sizes are ridiculously small. Hard to communicate and get refund. I Lost a lot of money! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Want to make a return because their sizing is nowhere near what they claim it is? Good luck. They'll offer you a discount to keep clothes that doesn't fit, a discount to buy more, but they make it clear you will pay through the teeth to make an actual return. Their customer service doesn't care to communicate rapidly or efficiently. They are awful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received from Fydude. Not only were my emails answered promptly, my item came EARLY and fit perfectly (I got one size larger just in case). I will be placing more orders since i am ensured dependability and high quantity items.

Misleading website, sizes are wrong, product is damaged. Customer service refuses to refund or accept returns. Don't buy from FYDude. the FY stands for something else.

I am giving this the lowest possible rating. I ordered a shirt in my usual size--Large--and what I received was ENORMOUS. I have broad shoulders but the shoulder seam was at my biceps! I wrote them and they basically said it was my fault for not consulting their sizing table. I have ordered large or even x-large my entire adult life. They offered me a refund if I returned it to China--on my dime. Retrun hipping was more than the shirt cost! They offer a 20% refund and I can keep the shirt. Nice try. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The shirts arrived after several weeks but although they are labeled "medium", they were very large, well above the standard medium for men. Also, the quality of the material was low and the stitching was cheap looking.

When I immediately requested to return them for refund, they replied that the customer has to pay for return shipping if we "read the sizing chart incorrectly". They commented that shipping to China would be expensive, so they offered for us to keep the shirts for a "20% discount" on another purchase. No thanks.

It is not clear that this company is in China and most online retailers pay for return shipping if an item doesn't fit.

Don’t bother ordering from this place, it’s some overseas Chinese company that takes forever to ship your item. I had them cancel my item since they had my address wrong and wanted to charge me $10 more to ship it to the correct address, and it’s been about a month since the cancellation with no responses through email and my refund still hasn’t hit. Don’t bother buying from here!!!!

Ordered two size "large" shirts based on website description of "cut generously in chest and waist." Shirts, while marked "large," did not come close to fitting. When measured, they did not conform to size chart measurements on Fydude website. I informed the company through their website, including photos showing the nonconforming measurements. At first, they refused any refund credit, only offering discount on future purchases. After further email exchanges, they offered a 50% refund, which I declined. I've disputed the charge with my credit card and that's pending. My sense is that FyDude's business plan includes providing nonconforming/inferior goods and using requests for refunds as a platform for attempted upsells. I will never order anything from this company again.

Everything I’ve ordered has arrived and I’ve been thrilled with the fabulous designs and when an item was out of stock the company refunded me straightaway.

I order clothing from the store however material was not as expected and not as described in website. It has been very difficult to request a return even though the website policy states it clearly about the returns. I have been requesting a return from day 1 and I get the same email reply back “we can offer you 20% discount let us know what you would like to do?”. I keep replying “I would like to make a return” as per policy.

I ordered a beige shirt and when I received it it had undertones of pink and purple. It clearly states on their website that I can make a return if the product does not match the color. They stated I still cannot make a return. What a horrible customer service experience and company. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Although they have a size chart and advertise "money back easy returns" none of it is accurate. I received an XL shirt (I typically wear a smaller size) that was advertised as having a bust of 51". My chest is 44". The button shirt doesn't even touch. When I emailed them asking for either a refund or an exchange I was told "We can arrange an exchange for you; however, return shipping to China can be costly. Would you prefer a 20% discount on a new order or a 10% partial refund if you choose to keep the item? Please let us know your preference." In other words, we know it costs a ton to ship things back so we know you won't return our product. They use this scam to get you to purchase another product at a discounted price which they will earn even more profit from. The shirt was acceptable if it weren't for the size. The size was dramatically off from US sizing which I know is the standard when shipping from China, but it was dramatically off from their measurements as well. They offered no further help.

I ordered two shirts, and they were way too small, terrible quality, it didn’t even have the print I ordered. As others had said here, the return policy is a joke. You have to return it to China with tracking fees, which makes it more costly than what the shirts are worth. They offered a 10% refund which might as well be nothing. I’m really really sorry I engaged this company. I think it’s just a guy who takes your order, has it sent from some other company without seeing it. Total scam.

Edit: Pro tip- I annoyed the everliving hell out of them by rapid fire emailing about 30 times in a row. They finally cancelled my order :-)

They call their only shipping option "priority shipping", but it's been 6 days since I placed my order, and it still hasn't shipped out. Was told by customer service that their orders take 1-5 business days to process, and after that 7-9 business days to ship out. Which is insane, up to an almost three week shipping period... they never say exactly what the shipping speed is when you check out, but you'd think "priority" shipping wouldn't take as long as three weeks to arrive. I've tried emailing a couple times requesting to cancel my order over the last couple days, with no reply. There is no way to contact them other than email, which is pretty fruitless.

The quality of the products is extremely low - both in materials and workmanship. The sizing is off - which they acknowledged but would not offer a replacement or a refund. Their refund policy is a joke - it is more expensive to return items (to Asia) than the cost of the product.

Garbage service. Ordered 3 shirts for the Christmas season. 12 days later I inquire about where the tracking number is on my parcel. I get a reply saying they are out of one of the shirts I ordered... 12 days later....which means they haven't even come close to shipping my order, which also means my Christmas shirts will not be here for Christmas - so what is the point of my order? Awaiting a refund, but I would save yourself the headache. Shirts look cool, but not enough to go through this crap. If you want something for next Christmas, order now, you may just get it in time.
