The 'automatic' draft function didn't not work as expected, despite numerous attempts to rectify and checking co-workers setting which were the samenas mine. The product did not work as sold or promised.

That shouldn't have happened, especially after you tried troubleshooting and comparing settings with colleagues. The drafts should work consistently (and automatically) with the Drafts setting enabled in your dashboard (app.fyxer.com) as well as with conversation view turned on in your email client.

Fyxer hasn´t connected to my meeting recently and I`m loosing recaps and transcription.
I don´t see Fyxer in the waiting list in my Meet meetings, so I`m not able to let it in.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. This is usually a setup issue.
Quick things to check:
1) Meeting recording toggle is enabled in your dashboard under Notetaker > Upcoming
2) Calendar invite was created before the meeting started (if not, manually add the notetaker from your dashboard)
3) Google Meet link is the primary link in the invite, not in the description
4) Third-party apps are allowed by your Google Workspace admin

It is okay, I like the idea of this. But I think it has a lot to learn. The scheduling meetings and drafting emails are great. But sometimes the knowledge it spits out of thin air is so random and not right. But I will keep using it .

We had a few minor issues when first starting out with Fyxer. Customer support was really effective, and Alexa took time to understand our feedback and deep-dive into potential solutions.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried this out for my job. It was already linked to a colleagues email. I cancelled my account before the end of the free trial. They charged me for a full month anyway. They sent the receipt to his email, since it wouldn't let me set up with my email. I emailed customer service about it. They said my account was still active even though I have no access to any of the features anymore, and I was past the window for a refund. And they still haven't cancelled my account apparently!
As for the product itself, it was not very helpful and def not worth $50 a month. But don't even do the free trial because they will screw you with billing!
