Doing more in less time

I love using Fyxer for drafting emails. It saves me so much time because as soon as someone sends an email, my draft is already there and waiting for me. I can tweak it and send in 2 minutes. I gave Fyxer some background information about my business as well in the uploads area so the drafts' information is coming from the knowledge base as well as the historical email responses. It learns what I like and don't like and has been adjusting as time goes on. It is SO helpful, especially in sales when you are answering a lot of the same questions all the time.

Fyxer is game-changing. After adopting a few minor modifications to my email workflows, I have significantly reduced the time required to go through the hundreds of emails I receive each week. The automatically generated meeting notes are superb and make my life so much more efficient. The categorisation of emails also helps to clean up my inbox and focus on the most important things.

Ok, but missed some key emails.

I liked it overall, but found that it would occasionally put important messages with the wrong labels and caused me to miss some things.

I'm extremely upset with this service!!! I can't get/stay connected. I can't get a call back. I can't get anyone to answer my chats. I'm now paying for a service that I can't use and I don't have any support. Looks like I'll have to deny the charges through my credit card since I can't get any kind of call back.

We want to let you know that you have the option to adjust which smart categories remain in your inbox versus those that go directly into your Fyxer folders. While the categories themselves are not fully customizable at this time, you can assign specific domains or email addresses to a preferred Fyxer folder or leave them unlabelled. To do this, navigate to the Fyxer dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Categorization > Advanced > Custom rules, set up your rules, and save the changes.

You also have the option to disable categories entirely by going to Categorization > Advanced > Turn off globally.

Love the idea of fyxer but ...

Love the idea of fyxer but since it doesnt truly have access to my entire agenda and email, it often has trouble with it's draft emails and scheduling. I know it will get better as the team works on it, so I will continue to use it. One thing that really needs to be addressed is the way draft emails end up in an email chain when I have never hit send on the message. This has caused be some scheduling and accuracy embarrassment and one of the biggest detractors to the capability.

To ensure Drafts reflect your tone of voice and writing style, you can customize them in the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) by going to Drafts > General > Custom tone and adding instructions for any nuances in your email communication.

For your Scheduling link, make sure your working hours are set correctly both in your calendar and in Fyxer. You can adjust this under Scheduling > Scheduling settings > Meeting windows.

Additionally, for the best experience, ensure you’re using the latest version of your email client and that Conversation View (email threading) is enabled.

Mixed bag

Like: Easy install, understands context, labelling works most of the time

Dislike: Eager to please, creates drafts about topics it has no ideas with full confidence. I would like a kind of confidence threshold to be built in. If the answer is below that threshold, no draft is created, if above draft is created. Gets labelling wrong on occasions.

I am impressed how intuitive and…

I am impressed how intuitive and thorough the responses are. The longer I use Fyxer the more it learns how I speak. It is essentially a more polished version of myself! I love looking at my email and seeing all the drafts sitting there waiting for me. Usually it is just a few tweaks (if any) and its ready to send. Even very comprehensive emails Fyxer does really good creating drafts that leave places for me to insert the info. I'm very happy I have this system!

Experience not so great

I am using Fyxer AI for a few months now, and I am not yet really convinced. Many emails land in wrong folders that don't make sense. Email drafts are most of the time inaccurate.

I don't see a lot of time saving yet. The only benefit I currently see is the ability to capture the most important emails in one glance. But that is about it.

That said, there is an option to adjust the categorization settings by creating specific rules. You can do this by navigating to the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Categorization > Advanced > Custom rules, where you can define an email address or domain and assign it to a specific category. Be sure to save your changes once done.

You also have the option to customize Drafts so they better reflect your writing style. Under Drafts > General > Custom tone, you can provide Fyxer with instructions about who you are, how you work, and any nuances that are important to you for email communication. Additionally, under Drafts > Custom files, you can upload relevant PDF or CSV documents related to your work, which further help refine and improve Draft responses.

You rarely if ever actually record and take notes in zoom meetings. I always get an email saying there was some error. I’ve reached out to support and you’ve failed to fix this error on many occasions. Unless you fix this stat, there will be no renewal.

That said, please make sure that Zoom is set as your default virtual meeting provider in your email calendar. Additionally, in the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) ensure that your Zoom account is connected under Settings > Integrations > Zoom.

It is also important to check if the attendees have confirmed their attendance, if the meeting lasted longer than 10 minutes, if the meeting started on time, or if it was rescheduled, the changes were updated in your connected calendar. If you are not the host, ensure that the meeting host approves the notetaker to join the call.
