Took a month to ship out, they kept telling me it would be shipped out "this week" but it wasn't... The actual item, I can see, is good quality.

Shocked at the low rating. I found the customer support to be amazing and the toy to be good as new 4 years later. I really hope the low rating isn't a deterrent as I am constantly recommending godemiche

I had a awful experience with them since the get go.
Firstly I paid for express shipping and didn't receive it in the same week even.

When the item finally arrived there were problems with it. Firstly as another reviewer on here has mentioned, any silicone producer has to use a vacuum pot so the bubbles don't form holes on the surface (making the toy trap germs that can't be washed off). They don't. Considering the costs of these products, this is very disappointing.

The second letdown was after the first use, the pad had clearly become defective, the silicone had become chipped off somehow. I had sent a picture over to the customer service email, to which I was interrogated, and made to feel belittled by a rude customer service respondent. Despite my picture of the defect being clear as day, was told that they were "unsure how it could have happened". Part of the silicone had become detached making the edge sharp and dangerous to use, I was asked to return the USED SEX TOY for any further customer service. How gross?!

P.S. Third concern that I found out only later is in their ToS. They say every toy comes 'sealed' and that they only accept returns of unopened items. Well, my toy came in an ordinary Zip-Loc bag, which might have been opened, who knows.

The only thing I can say after two deliveries of twelve items is no problems with any delivery or the items contained.
All the toys are of brilliant quality and superbly produced the sensations in their description.
I have all the different textures for penis simulation, all of them have the desired effect and I have yet to be able to say which one I prefer, they all produce the wow factor.
The insertion devices I have purchased all hit the spot as required.
If you are thinking about buying, give them a try, I do not think you will be disappointed.

I ordered a large Hercules in pearlescent black and red at the beginning of February. It arrived within a week faster than I was expecting. The packaging was nice and discreet. The toy itself is beautiful and really well made. Matches my strapon harness really nicely. I have enjoyed playing with it myself a few times and can't wait to use it with my subs. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

They delivered really quickly which was amazing. it looks beautiful and packaging is is kind of refreshing actually because it's in a sealed bag inside the box and I haven't showed this to my party yet it's a surprise. so I'm going to leave it in the sealed bag to show them and if it's too massive because this is the biggest dildo we've ever bought. hopefully could be returned and if they think it's too big, because of the way its packaged it's sealed I could show it to them and it would be guaranteed we haven't used it.

Fantastic products and characters that are larger than life. I have been enjoying Godemiche dildos for years now and can attest to the quality and indeed the performance of every one of them that I own.

I had a pretty bad experience with them since the get go.
First my package was late so I just asked if they had a way of finding out whether the package is in transit or in my country (aware that I didn't pay for super detailed shipping). They rubbed my nose in the fact I didn't pay them enough for ANY tracking number (which is actually deceptive since Royal Mail has a tracking number with every, even the cheapest shipments).

When the item finally arrived there were two HUGE problems with it. First, any silicone toy maker has to use a vacuum pot so the bubbles don't form holes on the surface (making the toy trap germs that can't be washed off). They don't. And they label themselves as 'premium'.
The second surprise was the base - I ordered suction cup base. In order for suction to work it has to be an even and thin edge. The edge is irregular and choppy like someone used scissors! Nothing, NOTHING like suction cup in their promo. It can't be stuck even to a mirror, because the jaggedness of the edge breaks the seal under the weight of the Adam.

Don't let Etsy force you away from using PayPal! I kept getting errors so I went ahead with ordinary Credit Card (PP buyer protection is a force to reckon with).

Maybe I got a toy that someone used, then returned... Yikes.

I'll stick to Square Pegg, in 7 years they never failed me or anyone else that I know of.
