Toby Ryan - BEST RECRUITER!!!

Martin from G2 was extremely helpful throughout the process of securing my NQ job. He was quick to respond to any of my queries and to provide comfort and clarity to a process I’d not experienced before. I really valued his regular check ins and felt that I received updates on the progress of my application as it was available to him. Amelia has been so amazing and I'm so grateful for her help in finding a job in a new area of law.

I had been struck in working in personal injury for two and a half years and I had almost given up hope of changing roles. This was because every opportunity that was being presented was to do with personal injury whether that was housing disrepair, industrial disease or motor volume.

I explained to Amelia that I hoped to escape the area that I was in and she took the time to listen to what I wanted. She was firm and presented realistic expectations in terms of salary and where the market was at in terms of roles available.

Initially there weren't many options available but after a couple of weeks, Amelia had found me a role in the location I had asked with a reasonable salary (for the experience I had).

Amelia went above and beyond. She helped me with the interview process and made sure that I felt ready. She has been available to answer any of my queries going forward as I became nervous around having the interview and had a lot of self doubt

Since handing my notice in Amelia has been there to help me and make sure I feel okay working my notice as my manager has not acknowledged that I have resigned. She has really gone above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and just her general chit chats have made me content in my decision.

If I ever look for a new role again I know who to ask for. Amelia was persistent, kind and friendly. She even tackled the awkward formalities and negotiation of salary when I wasn't able to do so.

My experience with G2 Legal Ltd was impressive right from the outset. George Fay is the best recruiter I have ever dealt with.
