I bought a Dyson V15 detect Absolute cordless hoover, and Gadcet had the lowest price. Delivery was free and straightforward with updates of when it would be delivered, so i didn't need to waot in all day. Quick delivery, great price and a great hoover. Would happily use Gadcet again.

I ordered an Xbox for my sons birthday…
I ordered an Xbox for my sons birthday which was on a Monday so ordered it the Thursday before and was told it would be sent next day delivery, the package never arrived the next day and I received no email to notify me that there had been a delay other than a confirmation email at the time I placed the order I heard nothing! After several phone calls I was told it was going through verification with the verification team! When I asked for a phone number so I could call them and find out what was going on and if it was going to get here for my sons birthday in the Monday I was told there wasn’t a number for that team and I would have to wait for them to be in touch. It didn’t arrive for my son’s birthday it arrived the following Friday. Dreadful communication I had to constantly ring them to find out what was going on, if I hadn’t got in touch with them I wouldn’t have been told anything. I won’t be ordering from here again.
The delivery address was the same as the billing address so not sure how it would need verification

After reviewing the order, we can see it was flagged for additional verification before dispatch. This can happen when the billing address and delivery address do not match, as we must carry out extra checks before releasing the parcel. These checks are in place to help protect customers and prevent unauthorised or fraudulent orders.
We understand this caused a delay, and we accept that our communication should have been clearer throughout the process. We can see the order was delivered on 29th April, but we fully appreciate this was later than expected and not in time for the birthday.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Your feedback has been taken on board to help us improve how we communicate verification delays going forward.

DO NOT BUY - Horrific Faulty Return
Bought a Dewalt Drill from this company that went faulty after just 4 months, had to return the drill without having a replacement sent out. I needed a replacement to continue my self employed work with. I had to buy another drill from another supplier to get me by. After 4 weeks without updates only requested by me I received an apparent like for like replacement due to the fault. The replacement arrived which turned out a lesser/cheaper model without any Dewalt badging on. I was clearly being mugged off by this company. I raised the issue the next day to be told they'd look into it and update. Again I asked what the situation was and they said it was sent out in error and that I had to return it ASAP. Remember as far as they are aware I'm without anything at the moment for work and this wasn't there problem. Im now awaiting them sending my new replacement out to me but until I return the incorrect one they are refusing. I really don't trust this cowboy company and I fear I'll end up with nothing.
Be careful, avoid this company........

When an item is returned under warranty, it must go through our standard warranty process. This means the item needs to be inspected and tested before a repair or replacement can be approved. As we are the retailer and not the manufacturer, in some cases the item must also be checked or confirmed by the manufacturer/supplier before we can proceed.
We do apologise that the first replacement sent to you was incorrect. This was an error, and once you made us aware, we looked into it straight away. We have also shown you an image of the correct replacement item that we have now received and are ready to send.
We have provided you with a free return label so the incorrect item can be sent back to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will arrange for the correct replacement to be dispatched as quickly as possible.
We understand this has been frustrating, especially as you need the item for work, and we apologise again for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Really happy with the phone it was listed as brand new and that was exactly as i received.
Had not heard of gadcet previously based of the positive reviews and AI telling me they were a legitimate business i took the chance.
