Hello, I ordered Winx Club Jewellery and absolutely adore it, it feels and looks very good.
My only negative point is the shipment time, I waited 8 Weeks to get my order to Germany, but the long wait was woth it for me and the customer service answered quick and helpful.

I ordered the ACOTAR playing cards and the hanging suriel. Both product are really good quality and shipped really quickly. Love them!!

The customer service was fast and very friendly, my matter was resolved immediately. Will definitly buy there again 🥰🍀

Very pleasant experience. There were some delays but that was out of their control and I got updates along the way which was very nice. Definitely worth it the jewellery is gorgeous and good quality.

I bought the ACOTAR cards set and i really love the design and art on it! I found this website on insta and i just thought why not, you dont really find this anywhere. Shipping was really fast too which was great. Quality is great too

Got my jewellery yesterday, and THEY ARE SO F CUTE. I ordered Flora earrings and Stela necklace, both in gold. Waited a bit long for a delivery, but this was a post office error already here in my country.

I was really excited when i saw the winx collection on tik tok and I ordered the kiko necklace! It’s so cute and small and really shiny and I just loved it so much I was looking forward to it all month !! They were also helpful every time I texted about a proplem !! I loved it

My experience was nothing but great, the shipment took some time so be patient with the order, especially if living far. But the designs are stunning and absolutely beautiful. A true design worthy of an Enchantix.

I ordered a Winx necklace and ring from Gadget4Entertainment February 21st

The 26th I got an email saying my order is delayed because they have gotten more orders than expected which is no problem

I waited 10 more days, but it still wasn’t shipped yet so I send them an email asking when I can expect it to be shipped.
I got no answer, so I tried to email them again after another 15 days and they finally responded. I got a short answer saying: “Hello dear the shipping is expected to be by the end of the next week” It is now the end of the week and it still hasn’t been shipped yet. It’s been almost 6 weeks since I ordered,

I wrote yet ANOTHER email, but haven’t gotten any answer

I would not recommend buying from them, which is sad to say because I was really excited about the jewelry. A 1-2 week delay is acceptable but 6 weeks is crazy.

I understand they are a small business, but when something is IN STOCK I expect it to be shipped within 2 weeks time. And bare minimum is good communication which they do not seem to have.

I also don’t understand the “gotten more orders than expected”, it’s not a made to order item, it’s IN STOCK meaning they have a certain amount of inventory.

The jewelry is so high quality and beautiful. I love the bookish designes. I will for sure buy more jewelry in the future.

My experience with the company was great, everything went smooth. I received information about transportation via email, so I was well informed. The packaging was also very pretty.

I ordered a Winx themed ring, the ring itself is really beautiful, it seems really well made! I hope it will last a long time.
Shipping was a little slow but since it was a personal purchase it wasn't a problem.

My order came from Italy to Russia and I really like it! Shipping was good, it takes about 3 weeks to ship my order. So, if you are from Russia and read this, don’t be afraid to order, everything will come in a mouth I suppose. Quality is really so good and all necklaces came with chains such a lovely detail.
