Promised delivery March 16. Today it is March 17., and I have written to their info mail, but receive no response. There is no update on the shipment status and the was has been withdrawed 11 days ago. Seems like scam.

Sorry. I am not natively speaking Italian so I will have to get it done I English: comfortable ordering, easy payment, fully understandable instructions and information and - in the end fast and reliable delivery. What else can be done better? Nothing I presume! Very fair prices and the whole transaction was a square deal! With compliments by myself!

I have been trying to receive my package for two weeks and no one is there. The number doesn’t work and I cannot get into contact with anyone from the store despite emailing. Can you please respond to my email. This is very bad service and unfortunate.

Never buy anything from this company,as it is impossible yo get in touch with them.My order was delivered back to AR-Store on 4/9 2025,and I am still waiting to get the paid amount returned.Despite repeated inquiries,the company does not respond back.

Delivered what I ordered. Not as fast as indicated on the site but eventually it came. No response in the chat.

Warning, this company is a scam, they wont send anything after you pay. i have waited 1.5 month and they dont answer calls or emails.

Fantastic service and unquestionably the cheapest company I could find for the pump I purchased....... excellent!
The pump I needed was 1600 euros in Ireland, I found this company while looking online for a better price , I was sceptical at first because it was 825euros cheaper ( over 50%) . I took the gamble on it after a bit of research and I have to say it is with the greatest of pleasure and gratitude that I can say they delivered exactly what I ordered without any complications whatsoever. I would without hesitation highly recommend this company and I will most definitely be using them again . Excellent!!!!!!!

Stay away from this shop.. it's a scam, they supposedly sent me a pump which then returned to sender, I have asked for refund etc and just got ignored. Scam website

I also ordered and paid a pump on 17.nov 24. According delivery time, I should get it latest on 22.nov.. I wrote to them 4 times and no response from the company. Also assistant on their site haven't responded.

Paid in full for a pump via PayPal at the beginning on November, still waiting for the pump to arrive. Not happy at all they don’t answers emails either. Wouldn’t recommend them buy somewhere else.

Its almost two weeks since I bought a pump from them. It was suposed to arrive in one week maximum. Im still waiting. The status of my purchase doesn't vary in the web, and they do not answer my email asking for information.

The order is not arriving on time . They do not repond by emails or on chat . Looks like a blunder

Being kept up to date all the time … I knew when my packet was being delivered … AR -store is a good company I will deal with again
