Excellent efficient service

I sent 2 iPads to sell. Everything went okay and I got the price I was quoted.
I would have given 5stars if contacting the company was easier. As I had received a email from Royal Mail saying my package was delivered. But I did not receive any response from gadget GoGo which I found as a 88 year old, a little disturbing

As per a previous reviewers comments, my apple watch mysteriously gained scratches to its face, and offer was downgraded. To be honest just could’nt be bothered to challenge it, but the photos they supplied of what was allegedly my watch, were nothing like the watch that I sent them. Make sure you take your own photos before sending your item in.

I sent my Apple Watch on the Saturday & received the money into my PayPal on the Thursday. Super fast.

Offered and gave the best price with no hassle. My only mini gripe is there’s no communication about what’s happening until you get the email confirming the payment. You can track that the parcel has been delivered to them via the Royal Mail app but other than that, you’re left a bit in the dark.

Would definitely use them again, as good prices. However website says payment within 48 hours, and I had had no response so chased. Advised very busy so a delay, which was fine, but an email to state this would have been great.

Ensure you take pictures prior to sending your item - mine magically managed to have multiple scratches on which resulted in the price being reduced.

Had to also resend my bank details via email as they were also apparently incorrect. Took over a week.

Overall a positive experience, there was no haggling over the value of the trade in and the money has been paid into my account.

They were maybe a day or two slower than expected in paying but the main issue is the lack of communication during the process, no emails until it's completed. If you want to see the status you have to logon to their site.

If your reading this Gadget GoGo, sending an email at every step would make the customer experience 5*

The company was efficient, tried all they could to resolve and issue although neither of us were at fault. I would definitely recommend them and would go with them again. Highly recommended.

I sent them a pristine computer, but they sent me pictures of a damaged one and told me to either accept a new offer or return the computer. I had no choice but to accept, and I even had photos of my computer in its original condition before shipping it.

Dependable service. Revised quote after inspection. Disappointed that you reduced the quote by £300.

I sold my apple watch 8. Obviously the condition was poor so I selected poor, but they then downgraded the value. Now it has nearly a week of them receiving the watch but I still haven`t got paid.

No responses on call or emails.

Be careful of pricing & cost of returns will offer high amount & then reduce price.

I sent my Apple Watch to this company they said it was still locked to iCloud which it wasn’t as I reset it they have said the same thing on 3 occasions so they told me that they will have to return it to me yet they have had my watch for 2 weeks waste of time I won’t be selling to them ever again
