It's all deception—false promises of support that never materialize, unanswered requests, and a refund process that might as well not exist. These programs? They don’t deliver. They’re failures.
This entire situation is nothing but frustration—promises of support that lead nowhere, unanswered inquiries, and a refund process that feels nonexistent. These programs fail to deliver, leaving users stranded.
Repeated attempts for assistance remain unresolved, with tickets stretching over two years without action, despite assurances of escalation. After investing $2,525.00, the only outcome has been technical failures and a website that no longer functions. Errors like "Internal Server Error" and deprecated coding issues make it clear that the service is unreliable.
A class action lawsuit may be the necessary course of action to hold these individuals accountable. Consumers deserve transparency, functionality, and fair resolutions—none of which have been provided.
Here more support still not answered or money refunded.......

I have reached out multiple times regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. A simple question—does this product work or not? From all indications, including the product overview, it does not appear to function as intended.
If it indeed does not work, then you need to issue refunds to those who purchased it under the expectation that it would. Please address this matter promptly.

I have support tickets that are over two years old that says they're going to reply and up move it up to the upper technical people to resolve immediately and it's still been over two years ongoing.
Invested over $2500 some of my dollars. $2,525.00
