Canceling is a horrible experience
Was very easy to start my subscription for HRT, but trying to cancel my subscription is a horror story! You cannot cancel from their website, no phone number you have to email them and then when you ask about the cancellation, they cannot give you a timeframe. When you email too many times for their liking that that’s when you start getting the nasty emails about how many times you have asked about cancellation. Well, if you would just tell the customer why you are taking so long to cancel the subscription maybe they would not have have to keep emailing. I am going to have to contact my credit card to make sure that they do not charge my card for a subscription I do not want anymore. The crazy thing is I am canceling way before the three day cut off for cancellation.
