Avoid ordering through third-party…

Avoid ordering through third-party suppliers because you will receive a package from the Moon sooner than from the EU. The information on the website is misleading, making you think your product might actually arrive. Support is basically useless in such cases; they will just tell you that they don’t know the supplier’s stock situation and have nothing to do with it, and that waiting is the only option.

You will also receive several emails saying that your order is somewhere on its way between the Sun and Jupiter. If you contact the supplier directly, they will say the order was not placed through their system and that you should contact Galaxus, and so it goes in circles.

Edit:
I spoke with two of your operators, and neither of them was able to check the status. I was only told not to be surprised if the delivery deadline gets delayed by a few more days.
When I contacted the supplier and sent them my order details, I was told they had no information about it in their system.
I wanted to cancel the order and place it again because the website says delivery would take 4 business days (even though I’ve already been waiting for 10), but I was told that information is not accurate and that I would later receive the actual delivery date by email (in my case, a range of two weeks).
Even that is apparently not guaranteed. Instead of posting misleading information about product availability and delivery dates under the product, you should simply state that you do not actually know what will happen or when, and that customers will be informed later by email.

Thank you for your feedback!

We are sorry to hear that this delay occurred with your order from the third-party seller. However, our support team is able to contact the external provider to check the current status of the order. Please feel free to get in touch with us and we will gladly look into this for you:

all-around good service

I like the curated goods; I rarely see something of bad quality. The service and delivery are great, and although I rarely return things, I feel more comfortable making a decision when I can return things at their Digitech store in Basel.

"Order Today, Delivered Tomorrow" is a Lie, not a "Provisional Date"

Galaxus's response to my previous review is the height of hypocrisy. You claim that you "fundamentally do not grant compensation" because your delivery dates are "provisional" and not "binding."
The Evidence of Deception:
Your own website and app currently brag: "Order today, delivered tomorrow" as a primary service feature. You use this promise to attract customers and secure payments. To then hide behind the fine print of your GTC—claiming dates are merely "provisional"—is the definition of misleading advertising.
The Comparison:
Galaxus (The "Innovator"): Claims a month-long delay is a "third-party issue" and provides zero logistics transparency until pressured by an escalation to the CEO.
Temu (The Competitor): Provides real-time, detailed logistics tracking from the other side of the world and actually arrived on the same day as my "local" Galaxus order, despite being ordered 17 days later.
If a budget platform from China can manage global logistics with total transparency, a 25-year-old Swiss "leader" has no excuse for hiding behind "out of date" supplier info and bots.
Final Verdict: You took my money on 8 April based on a "delivered tomorrow" promise. You delivered on 6 May. No compensation, no accountability, just a month of excuses. Happy 25th Anniversary—it’s clear your marketing department is working hard, but your logistics and ethics have officially retired.

Previous review
I placed an order with Galaxus on 8 April. I placed an order with Temu on 25 April. Both arrived today, 6 May.
It took Galaxus 28 days to deliver a local shipment—a month plagued by a "blackout" of information, a useless AI "Assistant," and a support team that does nothing but blame "third-party suppliers." Meanwhile, international platforms manage these same global supply chains with 100% transparency and proactive refunds for delays.
I escalated this directly to the CEO, Florian Teuteberg, requesting a simple gesture of goodwill (a pack of Nilfisk dust bags) to compensate for the month of uncertainty.
The result? Total silence from leadership and zero compensation in the box.
Galaxus is currently celebrating 25 years in business, but my experience suggests they are 25 years behind in customer care. If you want Swiss reliability, don’t look here—the "Fish stinks from the head," and the system is broken.

Thank you for your review.

We regret that you did not receive your orders at the expected time.

While we apologize for the delivery delay, as this was certainly not our intention, we would like to point out that a longer delivery period was communicated at the time of purchase.

In general, delays can never be 100% ruled out, even though we strive to make delivery dates as accurate as possible. From logistics errors to issues with the final transport company or problems that occur from time to time within the entire supply chai, anything is possible, albeit only in a few cases. Being aware of this, we provide provisional delivery dates. All information regarding availability and delivery times therefore does not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates, unless expressly designated as a binding date in the shipping options of the respective product. For this reason, we fundamentally do not grant compensation in the form of free items or credits for delivery delays. https://www.galaxus.ch/en/wiki/556

We will forward your feedback regarding the accessibility and quality of our customer service to the relevant department. We are constantly working to optimize our processes to keep such situations to a minimum.

We ask for your understanding in this matter, apologize for the circumstances, and thank you for your critique.
