I recently needed to book an urgent flight due to a death in my family, and I cannot thank Jamie Smith enough for the outstanding service he provided.
From the very beginning, Jamie was incredibly empathetic, compassionate and understanding. He took the time to listen to my situation, offered clear and helpful advice, and genuinely cared about finding me the best possible flight options. He even called me back several times to make sure I had all the information I needed and that I was getting the most suitable flights.
What impressed me most was that Jamie's support didn't end once the booking was complete. He made sure everything at the airport went smoothly and checked that there were no issues or problems with my journey. His professionalism, kindness and dedication went far beyond what I expected.
During such a difficult time for my family, Jamie's exceptional customer service made a huge difference and took away a lot of the stress. He is a true credit to the company, and I sincerely hope his outstanding efforts are recognised. Thank you, Jamie, for your compassion and first-class service.

I would say the quality of the personality the staff is able and willing to display to customers.

They do a rebooking scam. They tell you your existing flight needs to be 'canceled and rebooked', for which they say you'll be charged a 2nd time, and the original charge refunded. Then they never get around to refunding the original charge. Liars and scammers; avoid.

The company representative Sean was helpful and courteous. He communicated with me when promised.

Interacting with Jamie with clear explanation as what's required in the process of making a booking and responses to emails and the process of payment

I found this service 5 star quality!! Rex has been an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING assistant to me every step of the way. He found me the best price, the most convenient flights and he was always there no matter what time, to answer any questions I had. In using this service,(as a lone traveller) I really felt like I had my own personal travel companion. Highly recommend- a friendly, caring and great communication service with Rex!

I have to confess I had a major problem with my original booking when I discovered at the last minute to my horror that I had apparently only paid a deposit rather than the full fare which I was sure I had done when I booked on line.. there was no indication on the website so I was not at all happy.
That said, the company dealt with my complaints very professionally and eventually we came to a settlement which Nelson was involved in and his service and response was excellent so it was a good outcome in the end.

Am really happy with her help and I would say she is nice and helpful staff

The experience with Galaxy Flights was great. The representative - JOHN whom I dealt with was helpful, polite and always available to help out with all queries and doubt , if any. Whatever was committed as part of the package was honoured. I had booked my holiday at Anatalya (Turkey) with Galaxy Tours from 2nd May till 8th May 2026 for me and m wife. Highly recommended

I booked my flight with Fly watchers today. It appeared to be simple and easier. Henry the member of the team I spoke with answered any questions I had regarding my flight and any concerns.
