Cowboys - DO NOT USE

Don’t use this company they’re cowboys. Fortunately I got my car back but they had blocked my number on return to Gatwick so when I landed I couldn’t get through to any of their listed numbers and had no idea where to meet for my pickup to the compound. A very kind man at Gatwick info called from his phone and managed to get through, threatened legal action and escorted me to the van that they eventually picked me up in an hour later. As a solo female this was all very stressful and I had no idea what state my car would be in. Fortunately it was just filthy but I do think the fuel gauge is broken. DO NOT USE. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Damage to car - DON'T USE THEM!!

Our car came back with a crack in the back and scratch down the side, didn't notice until we got back home and tried to call them. They gave me an email address which bounced back, the website also doesn't exist. I now can't get hold of anyone on the phone. This is a big scam, DO NOT USE THEM!

To the company.

Firstly, I would like to say that the system used for return passengers is appalling, after we contacted you when we departed from the plane you assured me my car would be waiting.

We completed security, passport control and collected our bags, we went to car park 6 - level 5 as you stated on the phone and then waited for what we thought would only be 15 minutes for our car.

I called the number when we had waited for a hour to be told that you ‘couldn’t find my booking’ you asked me is ‘I was sure my car was with you’ I gave you my registration number and booking reference and you still couldn’t locate my car. You told
Me you would speak with dispatch and call me back however you never did.

I called again 20 minutes later, you said you had found my car but that it was blocked in by 5 other cars and you had not yet located my keys. You again assured me it would be a maximum of 15 minutes.

We waited the additional 15 minutes and called you again. You told me that your ‘supervisor’ was leaving the car park with it now. However later we called again to find the car had not left and you again said it would be 15 minutes.

We had now waiting excess of 2.5 hours, I called you and said that we would
Be logging it with the police if you did not return my car within 10 minutes. You proceeded to laugh, swear and shout and me
Down the phone and hung up the phone.

We waited an additional 20 minutes before contacting you again. You again shouted on the phone so therefore I contacted the police who later attended.

The final discussion we had on the phone I was told that there was a driver and my car on a different level - level 4. I went down to this level to find no driver, my car was parked and locked. I contacted you and you assured me that someone was with my car. There was not. I found my key on my wheel with a parking ticket on my dashboard.

The police attended the scene and took information from myself. I will be taking this incident further should you not respond to this email.

In addition I would like to say that we were not the only couple waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our car and this seems to be common practice.

I will be raising this with trading standards and following up with the police if I do not receive a response, a refund for the parking, a refund of 10 pound for the time spent at the car park . We not only had to stand around waiting for 3 hours for our car, we then had to have discussions with the police and drive 5 hours home. Therefore it caused unnecessary stress on us.

Please respond as a matter of urgency.

Bad company

Bad company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Firstly the drop off was awful. We called them 30 minutes before arrival as was requested, then when we arrived we called them again as could not see anyone and our calls were either not answered or we were hung up on! I called them back to back 15-20 times before they actually took my call and advised how far away their guy was. We then had to rush to make sure we got through the check in process and not miss our flight. There wasn’t even an apology or explanation from the company when they eventually turned up.

Based on dropping off the car we feared the worst for collection. But to our relief the collection was okay and fast, with the guy being there and handing over keys. But once we got in the car I could see a large muddy boot mark on the driver side door where they had clearly used their foot to push open the door. Absolutely no respect for the vehicle at all.

I will not use this company again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere for any valet services.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Never use, got back off holiday today to a huge crack in the back of my car and my wing mirror is smashed. They have also stolen a Bluetooth transmitter from my car.

The “manager” was not working today apparently but managed to get him on the phone, another couple was there with the exact same issue.

They told us to send an email which bounced back within 5 minutes of sending. They were so unhelpful and we saw so many workers driving around in different cars.
Obviously very dodgy and using our cars when they please for illegal reasons.

DISSAPOINTED

Just picked up my car this morning and there was a warning on the dashboard. Tried to ring the number no one answered the driver convinced me it was the oil. Just come back from the mechanics and they had ripped the turbo pipes off and it was leaking solenoid 😭 reading the reviews I doubt I will get a penny back. Never again after this.

Car was damaged

Do not use this company, they damaged my car and said they would pay on arrival.

They do not have an email that works and they do not answer the phone. I’m having to file a case with the police against them.

Gave up trying to contact them with a…

Gave up trying to contact them with a simple question - after 11 minutes on the phone so I went online and cancelled the booking - and simply added another £20 to their criminal coffers!!! for the privilege.

Just Park Me "Galaxy Park no CPD-2-542709 Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces ltd."

Easy to get to but that is unfortunately were it ends. They were waiting but was rude and referred to me as a "gora...and something illegible" to his colleague and asked for an additional £10 park fee, but could not provide a receipt. He said it will be emailed which was obviously not. Its a scam!
On collection they required me to pay your own parking of £6 again. When questioned he said...we should not have, and to take it up with the office. Took photos of my mileage and was very disappointed with the 50 miles put on my car. He told me the car was parked 5-7 miles and their policy is 30 miles. On collection, we called at 5pm and they were with me about 40 min later...their policy is 25-35 min.

Absolutely dreadful- avoid!

I booked galaxy parking from 1-5 April this year. Everything fine until car returned when noticed car had zero miles of petrol left in tank - not how I left it. Drove to nearest petrol station when I noticed rear drivers side light casing was scratched with white paint and cracked. Then noticed rubbish and empty juice bottles left in back of car and in passenger door. This included another car details with driver number. Called and emailed office - ignored and no response. Sent photos of damage too!

MOST DISHONEST COMPANY

i used Galaxy Parking on 08/04/24. i can honestly say this is the worst company ever existed on earth. Late to answer the phone, returning the car with front nearside wing damage. Fine for parking in a disabled space at Mcdonald . Ignoring several emails. I could carry on but I think enough is said. IT'S A BIG RIPOFF. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGE

Petty theft from my car

DO NOT USE!!!
On return car arrived after 1 hour. When I called they said car would arrive within 30 minutes. When it arrived there was a burning smell from the brakes which made me think the car was driven aggressively. The Eastern European driver didn’t seem concerned and just said contact the office if I have concerns.
My biggest issue is money was taken from a container in the car. This was loose change mainly made up of £1 coins which I use to pay car parking. I knew how much was in there before handing the car over. When I checked on my return approx £30 had been taken. I contacted the office and was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner.
This is a very unethical, unprofessional and discourteous company. They should not be trading at all.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Received parking fine for whilst we…

Received parking fine for whilst we were away, they parked up at McDonald’s at 1am on the morning of our flight back! Sad news though as we have all the info and booking details confirming we were on holiday so we won’t have to pay. Hopefully they get shut down soon what an awful company!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Scammers never trust them

Scammers never trust them. They're customer service is really bad. Even they spouse to pay the car park because I paid for meet and greet parking. They're so late to bring your vehicle for meet and greet point. I have children so they came 1 hour late to bring my car

They retuned my car without any fuel. I had almost half a tank of fuel in my car when I handed the key to the driver, there was literally nothing in the tank, i hardly made it to the petrol station. when i called and asked for the reason he said the car park in 10 min away. There is no way you could go through half tank of a fuel for 10 min driver, then he said it’s actually 10 miles away Why would anybody take a car to Gatwick then drive it back 10 miles for parking.
Also There was no one at the collection point instead they left the car key on top of driver side tyre.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

On our return I was handed my key and ticket and the guy ran off saying he was late without having a chance to check the motor with him.
On inspection found that the front had been hit and was scratched & damaged.
It also came back caked in mud so guessing it’s been parked in a field somewhere.
Have tried calling and sent emails with no replies still.
My fault for not checking reviews as I left it last minute but you have been warned!

Collected our car damaged front said they would pay !! Emailed quote £285 emails now blocked phoned several times now blocked .
THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE for your car .
Be warned don’t be fooled by google maps as entrance is a yard not as pictured with barriers etc .
Leave car at your own risk !!!!
