Problems for SIDI cycling shoe parts from Australia
I encountered problems in Australia with parts for my SIDI Wire cycling shoes, due to a change in SIDI import agents in Australia. A check online, and Gambacicli were highly recommended. I ordered, and subsequently received a prompt response from Gambacicli, and it was not long before my order was on its way.
My order arrived at my home five days from the time I ordered online. Would highly recommend GambaCicli!!
I've never been one for ordering online, but this time I was desperate. And GambaCicli did not disappoint!!

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience. Very good prices and short communication times. I ordered a Shimano group and it was at my doorstep 3 days later shipped with FedEx. All parts were very well packaged despite the lack of original boxes. I'm very happy with the purchase and will definitely come back as a customer.

Have had multiple great experiences with this store. All shipments were sent out very quickly with all items exactly as described and authentic.
On one specific order, I’ve reached out to the store a few times for assistance on a particular size of crank arm and they were more than helpful in getting me the right size ordered in.

Ordered a campagnolo n3w freehub from them they were by far the best for price which I wanted shipping to the uk. From ordering to me receiving it was 4 days by ups. I will look at buying again from these I can only highly recommend them.

I made two different purchases recently. Both experiences went well. I was provided a UPS tracking number within a couple days, and both orders made it to my house within a few days. UPS did an exceptional job clearing customs in a matter of hours. I also really appreciated the customer service at the store. When they realized the wheelset I ordered weren't in stock with the correct freewheel body, they contacted me, and offered to swap it out the cassette body from another set of their wheels. That's really exceptional services for an online store.

Please package appropriately
Please, package an expensive tool in a box to protect it from damage. Wrapping the torque wrench in a plastic bag is no way to protect a heavy contents from damage. The case was smashed in at one end and the tool itself was scratched from the 3/8“ to 1/2” adapted from making constant contact with the wrench.
How do I know the wrench is still in tolerance? Please do better.

Gambacicli is my go to bicycle store for bicycles tires. They have the best prices and a wide selection of tires anywhere I found on the internet. Customer service was responsive and great.
