Gamdom has been one of the fairest sites

Gamdom has been one of the fairest platforms I have used. The overall experience felt transparent, and the support team stood out as exceptionally responsive and helpful.

I initially made a mistake during Level 1 KYC by entering an incorrect name, not realising it needed to match my official documents. Despite continuing to play and eventually winning, this caused an issue when I attempted to withdraw and was asked to complete Level 2 KYC.

I contacted support expecting delays, but they responded within minutes. The team was understanding, guided me clearly through the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward.

After completing Level 2 KYC properly, I was able to withdraw my funds without any problems. The professionalism and fairness shown by the support team was crazy good.

The misunderstanding i cause for them

I recently created my account on Gamdom a few days ago and had a generally smooth experience initially. The platform is easy to use and the support team does respond, which I appreciate.

However, I faced an issue where my account was temporarily blocked due to a misunderstanding during a conversation with support. A statement I made was taken in a different context, which led to a responsible gambling restriction on my account.

I completely understand and respect their focus on user safety, but in my case, it was not an accurate reflection of my situation. I am a new user, using the platform casually and in a controlled manner.

I have already contacted support and am hoping for a fair review of my case. I believe this is just a misunderstanding and I hope the team can take another look and reopen my account as soon as possible.

Very disappointing experience with Gamdom customer support.

After being an active user and losing money over a long period, I reached out to live chat hoping for some level of support or at least proper communication. Unfortunately, the agent provided only repetitive, scripted responses and made no effort to actually understand or help.

There was no escalation, no flexibility, and no sense of customer care. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I understand losses are part of gambling, but the way support handles customers during difficult situations says a lot about a platform. In this case, it shows a lack of respect and responsibility toward users.

I’m sharing this so others are aware before they invest their time and money here.

Starts good- becomes a scam.

Gamdom starts out great, you move through the rewards relatively quickly, get lovebombed with VIP entry and mini rewards. But then you realise that all stops. The level up between Emerald 1 & 2 = scam. I've wagered 10000S and lost 100000s. The site has done nothing but take for months, whilst the percentage to level up basically never changes. The math doesn't math and it' clear they use a lack of transparency, misleading information and initial rewards-bombing to pull you in, only to reward you LESS and value you LESS even though you're spending more. The 'VIP' person I spoke to in chat even confirmed that I was right to feel this way, and others are too sharing the same angers. So why isn't gamdom doing anything to rectify this? Let alone give me a proper percentage back of loss. I want the money i've earned in rewards - which is looking impossible unless I spend 1000000s more, it would be 1k, which is a pitiful amount for the wagered and loss i've had the past weeks/months, and then I will close my account and go to Stake- where you're better off going too. Gamdom are misleading, covert and just a scam. Stay away.
