Scam Alert!
After losing several times, I finally managed to win some money. Now they’ve locked my account and are saying I have to redo the KYC process, but they won’t accept my ID card — the same one that was already verified before!
After countless back-and-forth messages, sending proof of address, and even crypto withdrawal records from my exchange, they still haven’t paid me and keep asking for more documents. It’s a complete scam.

deleted my account yesterday after over a year, overall idk, i was under an affiliate code, after a couple months in a rough streak & getting nothign from ac i noticed i was sitting on a casino with 0-2% rakeback range and no promotions. positive things: never had an issue with deposits or withdrawals, and if u play minimum and get a decent affiliate code u can sit with positive ev as hundreds from my affiliate code did. not recommended if you tend to play ur own money tho.

I think this casino was sold to fraudsters.
An employee accessed my account and drained my balance while mid play.
It was only $500 thankfully but Ive tried to get it back and they just ignore emails and complaints filed against them.
I also see others claiming elsewhere this is happening more frequent.
Safe to say this casino has turned into scamming thieves.

No bonuses/VIP rewards for loyal, regular players
I have been a regular player at Gamdom for quite some time now, had some okay wins, mostly losses, and never above what I have deposited, I appreciate it is gambling after all. The reason for the low review is the lack of interaction/support you receive for being a regular player. If you are thinking of signing up, don’t expect to receive any VIP bonuses anytime soon. I’ve deposited and wagered a large amount of money since signing up and all I get told to do is to keep active to become a VIP member. There are so many better casinos to play at who keep in touch with regular players and provide bonuses. I think the best I’ve received is 20 x 0.25 free spins the whole time I’ve been playing.
