Gamdom made sure my account was not compromised and are currently helping me with an issue regarding the account. My account is essentially on hold but overall, gamdom has been a wonderful experience throughout the time I’ve been playing on there (several years). Gamdom has great RTP and fair games that you can win at if you use the correct strategy. They offer slots , tables games, live games and even have originals with 100 percent RTP (who else does this? Answer: no other online casino). Archie , Eva and Adam provided excellent support and quick response to help resolve my account. Hopefully this gets settled soon so I can continue having fun on their platform. Other than that , I wouldn’t play anywhere else. I’ve tried sites like Stake which “rinse” my deposits over and over. It can Happen sometimes on gamdom because life isn’t always going your way but at least the games they provide are regulated and they actually care about their customers. Gamdom you’re all right with me!

I am sharing my experience
I am sharing my experience to warn other users.
I was a fully KYC2-verified user on Gamdom. After requesting a withdrawal, I was asked to wait for additional verification despite already being verified. Around 48 hours later, my account was permanently banned with the reason “Terms Violation,” and my remaining balance was confiscated.
No specific Terms of Service clause was provided, no evidence was shared, and no explanation was given as to why confiscation (instead of balance return) was justified. According to Gamdom’s own TOS (Section 2.5), remaining balances should be returned unless there is proven illegal activity or a serious breach — none of which has been demonstrated to me.
I have contacted support and formally requested clarification, but so far I have not received a clear answer.
UPDATE
Gamdom has since reviewed my case and restored access to my account, allowing me to withdraw my remaining balance. I appreciate the support team taking the time to look into the situation and resolve it.
While the process was initially unclear and stressful, I’m glad it was ultimately sorted out. I hope that in the future, similar situations can be handled with clearer communication from the start to avoid confusion for other users.

Gamdom is the worst casino ive ever played at. Last month i spent around 700 euros. This month i came to play again then thought to claim my monthly reward that i am by them not elgible to claim.
