I had a gamemax iceberg cooler and could not find the and bracket anywhere online. Tried my luck and messaged gamemax customer service where I was handled by Nick. Nick was able to help me out and got me the bracket I needed and provided me updates regularly even when usually it’s you asking for updates. He made sure I received the package and was really helpful. Nick was great.
Genuinely can’t comprehend this
Genuinely can’t comprehend this is a real company. I ordered a psu from awd of this company as I needed something asap for uni work and to do other necessities on. Upon arriving the cpu wire with the pattern i was assured it had did not arrive. 4 whole weeks of contacting them they finally send me a new wire, costing ME £18 even though it isn’t my fault, and as it arrives today, first thing I see, is it’s the exact same one which is entirely wrong, now won’t receive a reply for a few days and awd if haven’t replied either. Please avoid.

I needed a cable to add a sata drive. Just one cable.
Sent photos of psu and the drive.
£15. Steep but i needed it for uni
Was recomended and sent wrong cable.
Had to pay return postage £4, but told i wouldn't be charged for replacment cable.
With having paid already, and being sent the wrong one I should think not.
Now they want £12 postage.
So the total to me would be £31 and no guarantee they will get it right. Its just a cable? £3 on ebay? And i thought to go to the manufacturer.
I have asked for money back. Uni starts on Saturday and I cant trust them.
Been ongoing for over a month.
Will update on refund procedure.

Great experience with customer service! I needed an extra cable for my PSU as my GPU needed more than one PCIe cable but couldn't find one online. Contacted Nick and he got one sent out to me for free, no troubles at all.
Would recommend their products based on this experience.
By far the worst customer service
By far the worst customer service. Lack of response to emails and social media message's. Cannot supply the correct information when the finally do respond then ignore all correspondence back.
Brought a case but half the functions it built with are inoperable.

Horrible customer service
I've bought water-cooling and it started leaking after a week damaging my motherboard I was advised by seller to contact them so I did... it's been 2 weeks now and we exchanged 3-4 emails and they saying they waiting for HQ... Absolute waste of time I've ended up returning cooler and replacing my motherboard on my own. WASTE OF TIME WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM
Going above and beyond
Contacted the Gamemax UK team enquiring about the specification differences between their cases. Nick from Gamemax gave me so much information (including the manuals for each case) that I could make an informed decision.
I bought the case but couldn't get the fan lights to work; I reached out to Nick again - thinking it was a faulty controller. But with troubleshooting directed by Nick, the fan lights were up and running within hours and looking amazing!
Honestly didn't expect this level of customer service, but Nick was fantastic. I would definitely not hesitate to buy Gamemax products again.

I have bought a few modular Gamemax PSUs of which I stayed very satisfied, not only with their quality but also with the low price I bought them.
After some time, one of the PSU cables got worn. I contacted Gamemax to report the issue and ask for a replacement. Although I was willing to pay for two spare cables, Gamemax sent them for free!
My communication with Nick was excellent and he has been polite and responsive. If I need any PC parts in the future, Gamemax will be my first choice.
Having bought a game max computer case…
Having bought a game max computer case for an upgraded of build I was pleasantly surprised that it could house 11 fans, however the supplied controller only allowed for 8. I contacted the team through FB and they couldnt have done any more to help. After sourcing one finally it was sent absolutely free of charge ! And the fans rival the Corsair ll120s !! Amazing distribution of LEDs not to mention the different effects provided, along with a remote to control them all in sync. I will 100% be buying another such case in the future as it was a pleasure dealing with gamemax in resolving my issue. Not to mention the case itself is a beast with 3 glass side panels and 2 exhaust fans at the rear, unreal. 5 stars

Bought a few Gamemax products for the my Intel build this year.
To start with i purchased Ice Mid Tower Gaming Case, Rampage 750W Semi Modular PSU, GameMax 120mm Velocity Fans X 3 & ARGB Fan Hub 3 Pin Aura Sync 3pin Power 6 port PWM RF Remote SATA RTB.
Everything runs as it should.
Even when i contacted Gamemax UK they always got back to me instantly to assist me.

Web page also no contact from that either. So despite my case looking awesome there is no aftercare.

Had a problem with a missing remote from an F15 case (great case by the way) they send me out 2 remotes as soon as they could. Good company.
Bought a gamemax mechanical keyboard too, love it.
My house nearly burnt down
After a dodgy cable (not an overdraw in power) they now won’t respond, my house or yours could burn down and these wouldn’t care or be traceable. They gave me a one sentence response to a complaint for a faulty power supply cable that caught fire. Refusal to engage to sort the issue out. After sending more email, complete ignorance and no response. Registered as a company without any contact details, avoid these unless you want the same issues ive had or worse.
